清华大学“教授治校”制度的萌发与成型

【摘要】:"教授治校"最早见于蔡元培长校的北大,旨在全体教授通过选出的评议会参与学校章制的议定与决策。1920年代中期,因应政局的动荡,各高校呼吁建立"教授治校"制度,以抵拒政治势力的入侵。统一后的南京国民政府对教育界采取收束政策,本来不属于教育系统的清华由国民政府接收,借"改隶废董"风波的机缘,不仅原来并未实行的"教授治校"逆势得到制度章程层面的确定,而且在梅贻琦的接掌下成为教育界"教授治校"的典范,与蒋梦麟再度入主后和国民政府同调变成"校长治校、教授治学"的北大形成鲜明对此。
[Abstract]:The term "Professor governing the School" was first found in Peking University, the Cai Yuanpei school. The aim was that all the professors participated in the negotiation and decision-making of the school constitution through the elected Senate. In the mid-1920s, in response to the political turmoil, the universities and colleges called for the establishment of a system of "professor governing the school". In order to resist the invasion of political forces. The unified Nanjing National Government adopted a policy of integration to the educational sector. Tsinghua, which was not originally part of the education system, was received by the National Government, taking advantage of the storm of "transferring to transfer to waste Dong". Not only did the "professor run the school" which had not been implemented before, but also became the model of "professor governing school" in the education field under the leadership of Mei Yiqi at the level of the rules and regulations. With Jiang Menglin again in charge and the National Government into the same tone as "the principal of the school, teaching the formation of a clear understanding of this."
