全球化背景下大学生国际意识教育研究

【摘要】:随着全球化趋势的深入发展,大学生国际意识教育已成为当前我国思想政治教育的“新主题”,作为思想政治教育的重要组成部分,其功能不仅在于传播国际知识,帮助当代大学生更好地认知世界;更重要的是引导他们树立健全的国际意识、增强跨文化交际能力、提升国际素养,把他们培养成为能够立足于世界的国际化人才。当代大学生国际意识教育的核心旨在培养大学生的国际意识,大学生国际意识教育的水平在很大程度上决定了大学生的国际意识水平。为了解大学生国际意识现状,更好地完善和加强大学生国际意识教育,本文以马克思主义人的全面发展理论、全球化理论、理性爱国主义理论为指导,通过对四所高校大学生国际意识现状的实证调查,概括出大学生国际意识在知识、能力、素质三个维度方面存在的问题:对国际意识内涵的认识浅显;国际知识理论基础薄弱;对世界的认知存在局限;跨文化交际能力不足;极端民族主义及民族虚无主义等非理性爱国主义问题突出。高校国际意识教育的不到位无疑是大学生国际意识出现问题的主要因素,主要表现为:高校对国际意识教育的重视程度不充分;对国际意识教育学科的构建不合理;对国际意识教育队伍的建设不规范;对国际意识教育方式的选用不完善;对国际意识教育舆情的监管及引导不到位。进一步加强大学生国际意识教育,要在合理借鉴国外经验的基础上,提高国际意识教育的重视程度,明确其“新主题”地位,开设专业性强的国际意识培养课程,提升高校国际化水平;要完善国际意识教育学科构建,课程教学理念重构,课程管理设置及教材更新;要强化国际意识教育队伍建设,提升整体队伍的国际化背景,进一步巩固并强化队伍国际专业素养,系统规划队伍组织架构;要丰富国际意识教育运用手段,有效利用工具载体,丰富各类国际意识主题活动,充分挖掘利用国际资源;要加强国际意识教育舆情监管与引导,加强网络舆情监管力度与深度,加强国际舆论正面引导。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the international consciousness education of college students has become the "new theme" of ideological and political education in our country. As an important part of ideological and political education, its function is not only to spread international knowledge. To help contemporary college students better understand the world, more important is to guide them to establish a sound international consciousness, enhance cross-cultural communication ability, enhance international literacy, and train them to become international talents based on the world. The core of international consciousness education of contemporary college students is to cultivate the international consciousness of college students, and the level of international consciousness education of college students to a great extent determines the level of international consciousness of college students. In order to understand the current situation of college students' international consciousness and improve and strengthen the education of college students' international consciousness, this paper is guided by the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings, the theory of globalization, and the theory of rational patriotism. Through an empirical investigation of the present situation of international consciousness in four colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the international consciousness of college students in three dimensions of knowledge, ability and quality: a simple understanding of the connotation of international consciousness, a weak theoretical basis of international knowledge; There are limitations in cognition of the world, lack of intercultural communicative competence, and irrational patriotism problems such as extreme nationalism and national nihilism. There is no doubt that the lack of international consciousness education in colleges and universities is the main factor that causes the problems of international consciousness of college students, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: insufficient attention to international consciousness education in colleges and universities, unreasonable construction of the subject of international consciousness education; The construction of international consciousness education team is not standardized, the choice of international consciousness education mode is not perfect, and the supervision and guidance of international consciousness education public opinion is not in place. To further strengthen the international consciousness education of college students, we should, on the basis of using foreign experience reasonably for reference, improve the degree of attention to international consciousness education, clarify its "new theme" status, and set up specialized courses for the cultivation of international consciousness. To improve the internationalization level of colleges and universities, to perfect the subject construction of international consciousness education, to reconstruct the course teaching idea, to set up the curriculum management and to update the teaching materials, to strengthen the construction of the international consciousness education team, to enhance the internationalization background of the whole team, Further consolidate and strengthen the team's international professional quality, systematically plan the organizational structure of the team, enrich the means of using international consciousness education, effectively use the tool carrier, enrich all kinds of international consciousness theme activities, and fully tap and utilize international resources; It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and guidance of public opinion in international consciousness education, strengthen the supervision and depth of network public opinion, and strengthen the positive guidance of international public opinion.
