高校实践育人机制创新研究

【摘要】：实践育人是培养学生学以致用能力的重要途径,也是高校育人的重要环节。当前部分高校在实践育人上存在投入不足、实践性亟待提高、考评机制不健全、学生的主体地位未得到凸显等问题,为此,可以从构建实践育人多元化运作模式、完善实践育人管理和运行保障机制、创新实践育人考核评价和激励机制、注重实践育人师资培养和选聘机制和打造实践育人多维度及立体化平台、构建产学研协同创新实践育人机制等方面,探索创新高校实践育人机制,切实做到学思结合、知行统一。
[Abstract]:Practical education is not only an important way to cultivate students' ability to use what they learn, but also an important link of education in colleges and universities. At present, some colleges and universities have some problems such as insufficient investment in practical education, urgent improvement of practicality, imperfect examination and evaluation mechanism, and the students' main position has not been highlighted. Therefore, we can construct a diversified operation mode of practical education. Improve the management and operation guarantee mechanism of practical education, innovate the evaluation and incentive mechanism of practical education, pay attention to the mechanism of training and recruiting teachers and create a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional platform for practical education. In this paper, the author tries to explore the mechanism of innovating the practice of educating people in colleges and universities in order to combine learning with thinking and unify knowledge and practice in the construction of cooperative innovation mechanism of production, education and research, and so on.
