高校师德建设制度化研究

【摘要】:高校师德建设制度化研究对加强高校师德建设具有十分重要的意义,但是目前高校师德建设制度化还存在一定的问题,这在一定程度上阻碍了高校师德建设的步伐,为此,认识高校师德建设在制度建设上存在的问题,明确高校师德建设制度化的基本要求,并通过理论与实践相结合的形式在高校师德建设实践中推进师德建设制度化,以期促进高校师德建设,应成为当前学术研究的必要课题之一。在当前形势下,加强对高校师德建设制度化的研究有着重要意义,它有利于建设高素质高校教师队伍,有利于实现高校立德树人的根本任务,有利于人才强国战略的实施。但是目前高校师德建设在制度建设上还存在一定的问题:其一,高校师德建设存在制度上的缺失,具体来说包括形式上的制度缺失和实质上的制度缺失;其二,就高校师德建设的具体制度而言,存在待优化之处,如师德教育不理想,师德考核存在误区,师德监督乏力等。加强高校师德建设制度化的基本要求有:师德建设制度体系化;制度应因地制宜;制度应与时俱进;注重制度建设中的民主化;确保制度的科学性;强化制度的执行力。在高校师德建设实践中推进师德建设制度化,使师德建设具有经常性、规范性和可操作性,以高校师德建设内部各要素有机联系为基础,建设相应的制度。具体来说就是要建立科学的师德教育制度;建设有效的师德宣传制度;健全师德考核制度;完善师德监督制度;建设师德激励制度;建设严格的师德惩处制度。
[Abstract]:The research on the institutionalization of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities is of great significance to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. However, there are still some problems in the institutionalization of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities, which to a certain extent hinders the pace of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities. To understand the problems existing in the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, to clarify the basic requirements of the institutionalization of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, and to promote the institutionalization of the construction of teachers' ethics through the combination of theory and practice in the practice of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. In order to promote the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, it should become one of the necessary subjects in current academic research. Under the current situation, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the institutionalization of college teachers' moral construction, which is beneficial to the construction of high-quality college teachers, to the realization of the fundamental task of building up moral integrity in colleges and universities, and to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. But at present, there are still some problems in the construction of college teachers' ethics. Firstly, there are institutional deficiencies in the construction of college teachers' ethics, specifically, formal and substantive institutional deficiencies. As far as the concrete system of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities is concerned, there are some problems to be optimized, such as the unsatisfactory teacher's moral education, the misunderstanding of teachers' moral examination, the weakness of teachers' moral supervision, and so on. The basic requirements to strengthen the institutionalization of teachers' moral construction in colleges and universities are as follows: systematization of teachers' moral construction; system should be adapted to local conditions; system should keep pace with the times; pay attention to democratization in system construction; ensure the scientific nature of institution; strengthen the execution of system. In order to promote the institutionalization of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, the construction of teachers' ethics should be regular, normative and operable. The corresponding system should be built on the basis of the organic connection of the internal elements of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities. Specifically, it is necessary to establish a scientific system of teachers' moral education; to build an effective system of teachers' moral propaganda; to perfect the system of teachers' moral examination; to perfect the system of teachers' moral supervision; to build a system of teachers' moral incentives; and to build a strict system of teachers' moral punishment.
