创客背景下硕士研究生创新能力培养研究

【摘要】：创新强则国运昌,创新弱则国运殆。党的十八大提出创新人才是构建创新强国的前提条件,硕士研究生作为国家高层次人才,必须极其重视创新能力的培养。创客运动的蓬勃发展为硕士研究生创新创造能力的培养提供了一条新路径,为创客运动提供重要载体的创客空间,既是硕士研究生孵化创新的实践场,又是创客背景下提升硕士研究生创新能力水平的新培养思路。目前国内关于创客空间的学术研究初见端倪,专门的创客空间培养研究生创新能力的研究尤为稀少。围绕创客空间平台开展硕士研究生创新能力的培养,逐渐成为一项重大而必要的课题,同时也有利于拓展和丰富有关创客空间学术研究的理论成果。本文从理论层面阐述硕士研究生创新能力、创客空间的内涵、构成要素、特征以及理论基础是什么,并在此基础上深入探讨二者之间关联,认为依托创客空间的创客、课题项目、文化氛围、资源等要素能够促进硕士研究生创新能力的培养。为明确了解当前创客背景下硕士研究生创新能力培养的现状,本文通过问卷量表对重庆市几所高校的硕士研究生进行了调查;并根据问卷数据的统计分析,得知当前硕士研究生创新能力总体水平并不高,同时针对培养现状的情况,进一步分析知道当前高校传统创新培养环境已经不能满足硕士研究生创新的需要。鉴于创客空间对创新能力的培养提供了有利的条件,文章最后借鉴美国麻省理工学院媒体实验室、纽约大学实验室以及斯坦福大学设计学院等高校围绕创客空间平台开展研究生创新能力培养的新方法和新思路,认为创客空间在师资队伍、课程设置、创客空间环境、创客空间理念、创新氛围等方面对创新能力培养具有积极的启示意义,并从培养启示出发探讨创客背景下培养硕士研究生创新能力的具体对策。
[Abstract]:Innovation is strong national prosperity, innovation is weak national luck is perilous. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that innovative talents are the prerequisite for building a strong country of innovation. As high-level talents in the country, graduate students must attach great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability. The vigorous development of the Traveler Movement provides a new path for the cultivation of the innovative and creative ability of the graduate students, and provides an important carrier space for the Creator Movement, which is not only the practice field for the incubation and innovation of the postgraduates. It is also a new train of thought to raise the level of innovation ability of graduate students under the background of creators. At present, the academic research on the creative space is beginning to emerge in China, and the research on cultivating the innovative ability of the graduate students in the special guest space is particularly rare. The cultivation of the innovative ability of graduate students based on the creative space platform has gradually become an important and necessary subject, and it is also beneficial to expand and enrich the theoretical results of the academic research on the space of creators. This paper expounds the innovation ability, the connotation, the elements, the characteristics and the theoretical basis of the innovation ability, the creation space, and the theoretical basis of the master's graduate students, and on this basis deeply discusses the relationship between the two, and points out that the creative guest space depends on the creation of the guest space. Subject projects, cultural atmosphere, resources and other factors can promote the cultivation of graduate innovative ability. In order to clearly understand the current situation of cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students under the background of creators, this paper investigates the graduate students of several universities in Chongqing with the questionnaire scale, and according to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, At the same time, according to the current situation of cultivation, the traditional innovation training environment in colleges and universities can no longer meet the needs of graduate students' innovation. In view of the fact that the creative space provides favorable conditions for the cultivation of innovation ability, the article draws lessons from the MIT Media Laboratory. The New York University Laboratory and the Stanford University School of Design and other colleges and universities have developed new methods and new ideas for cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students around the guest space platform. The author thinks that the creative guest space is in the teaching staff, the curriculum setting, the creation space environment, and so on. The concept of creative space and the atmosphere of innovation have positive enlightenments to the cultivation of innovative ability, and the concrete countermeasures of cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students under the background of cultivation are discussed.
