高校资助育人精准化研究

【摘要】：高校资助育人是大学生思想政治教育的重要手段,事关教育公平和社会主义建设人才的培养,因此党和国家历来都高度重视高校资助育人建设。随着高等教育的改革和社会的发展,高校学生人数和教育成本不断增长,资助育人资源却相对有限。目前高校资助育人政策日趋完善、资助力度不断加大,资助育人体系也逐步确立。但是依然存在资助学生识别不精准,资助资源分配不到位,育人效果不理想等许多问题。十八大以来为了早日全面建成小康社会,习近平总书记适时提出了精准扶贫思想。为国家的扶贫工作提供了理论指导,也为高校资助育人提出了新的要求、指明了方向、列出了标准。笔者开展高校资助育人精准化研究,希望有助于提高资助育人的精准性和高校学生思想政治教育的针对性,助力国家的精准扶贫工作。本文由四个部分组成:论文的第一部分绪论对选题的背景及意义进行了阐述,通过对国内外研究现状的梳理,初步了解当前的研究成果及发展状况。论文的第二部分是高校资助育人研究的理论依据和现实必要性。精准扶贫思想、教育扶贫思想、人的需要理论为本文研究提供了理论依据;教育公平和学生健康成长的需要是高校资助育人现实意义的体现。论文的第三部分采取问卷调查等形式探究了资助育人工作的现实成就和存在的问题,分析了影响高校资助育人有效开展的原因。论文的第四部分是本文的研究重点,提出了高校精准开展资助育人的对策。笔者坚持以精准扶贫思想为指导,将高校资助育人工作融入到国家精准扶贫的大背景下,不断探究教育扶贫的育人作用。坚持以精准识别资助对象为前提,秉持以学生发展需求为导向精准帮扶,将物质资助和精神教育紧密结合起来;以提高学生的综合素质为目标,加强育人制度和队伍的建设、育人内容及方式的优化,逐步完善高校资助育人体系,不断提高立德树人的时效性。
[Abstract]:College educational aid is an important means of ideological and political education for college students, which is related to the education fairness and the cultivation of talents in socialist construction. Therefore, the Party and the country have always attached great importance to the educational construction of colleges and universities. With the reform of higher education and the development of society, the number of college students and the cost of education are increasing, but the educational resources are relatively limited. At present, the policy of aiding and educating people in colleges and universities is becoming more and more perfect, and the system of aiding and educating people is gradually established. However, there are still many problems, such as the identification of students is not accurate, the allocation of financial resources is not in place, and the educational effect is not satisfactory. In order to build a well-off society at an early date, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation. It provides theoretical guidance for the work of helping the poor of the country, and also puts forward new requirements, points out the direction and lists the standards for the aid and education of colleges and universities. In order to improve the precision of education and the pertinence of the ideological and political education of college students, the author carries out the research on the precision of education in colleges and universities, and helps the work of precision poverty alleviation in the country. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part of the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, through the domestic and foreign research status of combing, preliminary understanding of the current research results and development. The second part of the thesis is the theoretical basis and practical necessity of the research of university funded education. The theory of precision poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation and human needs provides a theoretical basis for this study. The need of education equity and students' healthy growth is the embodiment of the practical significance of college financial aid for educating people. In the third part of the paper, the author explores the practical achievements and existing problems in the work of funded education by means of questionnaire, and analyzes the reasons that affect the effective development of educational aid in colleges and universities. The fourth part of this paper is the focus of this paper, and put forward the precise development of college funding to educate people. Under the guidance of the idea of precision poverty alleviation, the author integrates the educational work of colleges and universities into the background of national precision poverty alleviation, and probes into the role of education in poverty alleviation. Adhere to the premise of accurate identification of the object of assistance, adhere to the development needs of students as the guidance of precision help, material support and spiritual education closely combined; to improve the comprehensive quality of students as the goal, strengthen the education system and team building, The optimization of the contents and ways of educating people, gradually consummating the system of educational aid in colleges and universities, and improving the timeliness of cultivating people by virtue.
