美国大学学生质量评价工具创新改革的影响及启示

【摘要】：近年来,基于问题评价的标准型测试工具因其直接性和实用性优势而在美国备受青睐。文章通过对美国本科教育质量新的评价标准大学生学习评估考试(CLA+)进行研究,发现CLA+的形式与内容较之前有了很大变化,且在结果呈现和运用上的改进最大,体现出了新的特点和优点。CLA+对于美国的学生、用人单位和科研工作都产生了重要影响。鉴于此,我国的高等教育评价工具要根据需求实现动态化,评价要反映多维度性、综合性和实用性,评价过程要注重适应性和自主创新意识。
[Abstract]:In recent years, standard test tools based on problem evaluation are popular in the United States because of their directness and practicability. Through the study of CLA, the new evaluation standard of undergraduate education quality in America, the paper finds that the form and content of CLA have changed greatly compared with the previous ones, and the greatest improvement has been made in the presentation and application of the results. CLA has important influence on American students, employers and scientific research. In view of this, our country's higher education evaluation tools should be dynamic according to the demand, the evaluation should reflect multi-dimensional, comprehensive and practical, and the evaluation process should pay attention to adaptability and independent innovation consciousness.
