基于TQM理论的高校课程考试质量管理体系建构

【摘要】：高校课程考试是高等教育领域中不可或缺的组成部分。高校课程考试的目的是诊断学生真实的学业水平状态,以便促进教师的“教”和学生的“学”的一种目标参照性考试活动。高等教育永恒不变的主题是提高教育质量,而高校课程考试质量与高等教育质量密不可分,成为衡量高等教育质量的重要参照指标。为了促进高等教育的发展,发挥高校课程考试在人才质量培养方面的检测作用,构建科学规范的高校课程考试质量管理体系具有重要的意义。本论文的研究旨在借鉴TQM全面质量管理理论、PDCA循环理论和系统科学理论中的先进管理理念基础上,构建高校课程考试质量管理体系方面进行相关理论研究与探索,以期推动高校课程考试管理更具科学性和规范性。本研究主要围绕高校课程考试质量管理这一问题展开。首先,对国内外高校课程考试质量管理研究现状进行梳理分析,得知当前我国学者对高校课程考试质量管理体系的研究不够深入,研究缺乏坚实的理论基础。界定课程考试质量管理体系的核心概念,将TQM理论、PDCA理论和系统科学理论作为本研究的理论支撑;其次,构建了高校课程考试质量管理的三种模式:PDCA循环管理模式、TQM全面质量管理模式、“以生为本”管理模式,并对这三种模式在课程考试管理中的应用进行阐述;再次,通过对部分高校课程考试质量管理的现状进行实证分析,总结高校课程考试管理的共性特征,探讨管理中存在的问题,并作出成因分析。最后,重构我国高校课程考试质量管理体系,以管理人性化、规范化、科学化和信息化为指导原则,以目标与标准、组织与制度、评价与反馈部分为内容框架,并对三大部分的规范要求进行分析阐述。研究表明,高校课程考试质量管理体系的构建,促进了高校课程考试质量的提高,推动了高校人才培养目标的实现。该体系的运行能够提高课程考试管理活动的效率,使管理活动的每一个环节都严格按照考试质量标准执行,整个课程考试管理系统都处于一种良性的运行状态。
[Abstract]:College curriculum examination is an indispensable part in the field of higher education. The purpose of the college curriculum examination is to diagnose the students' real academic level, so as to promote the "teaching" of teachers and the "learning" of students. The eternal theme of higher education is to improve the quality of education, and the quality of college curriculum examination is closely related to the quality of higher education, which has become an important reference index to measure the quality of higher education. In order to promote the development of higher education, it is of great significance to give full play to the role of college curriculum examination in the examination of talent quality, and to construct a scientific and standardized quality management system of college curriculum examination. The purpose of this paper is to study and explore the quality management system of college courses on the basis of the advanced management concepts of PDCA cycle theory and system science theory. In order to promote the university curriculum examination management more scientific and normative. This research mainly focuses on the quality management of college curriculum examination. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the quality management of college curriculum examination at home and abroad, and finds out that the current research on the quality management system of college curriculum examination is not deep enough, and the research lacks a solid theoretical foundation. Defining the core concept of the quality management system of curriculum examination, taking the theory of TQM, PDCA theory and system science theory as the theoretical support of this study. Secondly, This paper sets up three kinds of models of quality management of college curriculum examination: PDCA circulation management mode and TQM total quality management mode, "student-oriented" management mode, and expounds the application of these three models in curriculum examination management. Based on the empirical analysis of the present situation of the examination quality management in some colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the common features of the examination management in colleges and universities, probes into the problems existing in the management, and makes an analysis of the causes. Finally, reconstructing the quality management system of college curriculum examination in our country, taking the management humanization, standardization, science and information as the guiding principle, taking the goal and standard, the organization and the system, the evaluation and the feedback part as the content frame, And three parts of the specification requirements are analyzed and elaborated. The research shows that the construction of college curriculum examination quality management system promotes the improvement of college curriculum examination quality and promotes the realization of the goal of talent training in colleges and universities. The operation of the system can improve the efficiency of the course examination management activities, make every link of the management activities strictly in accordance with the examination quality standards, the whole course examination management system is in a benign state of operation.
