一流学科建设的逻辑思考

【摘要】：一流大学和一流学科建设是当今的政策热点。学科作为一种知识分类和制度安排,是一流大学的生成基础,因而备受关注,第四轮学科评估也因此受到热议。本文在梳理一流学科建设现实逻辑的基础上分析了其理性逻辑,认为科学技术、社会需求和主观认识共同影响着学科、专业发展,而学科与专业既有共同点也有差异点。文章对学科的绩效评价、依据评价如何选择一流学科等进行了回顾与分析,聚焦了一流学科建设的责任点。提出学科建设的重心在二级学院,大学层面要关注学科群构建,政府关注的重点是制度保障和生态体系等政策思路。对科研与课程的关系进行了探讨,搭建了由学科建设走向专业安排、进而形成一流本科教育的路径。
[Abstract]:The first-class university and the first-class discipline construction is the policy hot spot nowadays. As a kind of knowledge classification and institutional arrangement, discipline is the foundation of the formation of first-class universities, so it has attracted much attention. On the basis of combing the realistic logic of the construction of the first-class discipline, this paper analyzes its rational logic, and holds that science and technology, social needs and subjective knowledge together affect the discipline and the development of the specialty, and that there are similarities and differences between the discipline and the specialty. This paper reviews and analyzes the performance evaluation of disciplines and how to select first-class disciplines according to the evaluation, and focuses on the responsibility points of the construction of first-class disciplines. It is pointed out that the focus of discipline construction lies in the secondary college, the university level should pay attention to the construction of the subject group, and the government should pay attention to the policy ideas such as system guarantee and ecological system. This paper probes into the relationship between scientific research and curriculum, sets up the path from discipline construction to professional arrangement, and then forms the path of first-class undergraduate education.
