经济新常态背景下大学生创新创业教育研究

【摘要】:在APEC工商领导人峰会上,习近平指出经济新常态的到来将给中国带来新的机遇和挑战。所以,以经济为纽带的创新创业更是面临着新的难题和机遇,目前,我国高校大学生就业形势令人担忧,此外,由于高校的扩招,每年毕业生人数逐年递增,再加上往届未就业学生数量,使得我国大学生的就业压力进一步加大。2017年2月17日,教育部颁布了新修订的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》明确指出:学校应鼓励、支持和指导学生参加社会实践、创新创业活动,建立创新创业档案、设置创新创业学分,并对在校大学生创新创业有关细则作了详细的规定。因此,对大学生进行创新创业教育,是形势所趋,对于解决经济新常态带来的经济问题及大学生就业和创新创业问题,都具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。本文以经济新常态为背景,以大学生创新创业教育为主线,在查阅国内外相关创业理论文献的基础上,通过研究大学生创新创业教育的理论基础,大学生创新创业的案例,揭示、归纳了我国在创新创业教育上存在的问题,再加以分析,并着手于学校、政府、社会、家庭四个维度,构建创新创业教育体系,而且从这四个维度的不同角度出发,最后,提出相应的改善措施。第一章,阐述了本文的选题背景和研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容、方法及创新之处。第二章,主要是相关概念的阐述。首先,阐述了经济新常态的内涵及经济新常态与创新创业教育的内在联系;其次,阐述了创新创业教育相关概念;最后,论证了马克思主义关于创新创业教育的基本观点。第三章,现状的描述和成因分析。主要分为两大部分,第一部分是大学生创新创业教育的现状,其中包括已取得的成就,案例分析及出现的问题;第二部分是创新创业教育出现问题的成因分析,主要从学校、政府、社会、家庭四个方面分析问题。第四章,大学生创新创业教育的对策探析。第一,学校落实创新创业教育,从观念教育、课程建设、师资建设三个方面论述了学校落实创新创业教育的措施。第二,政府引导创新创业教育,首先,强化支撑,完善不同创新创业阶段的政策诉求;其次,狠抓落实,改进“双创”政策监督机制;最后,破除障碍,推动“双创”制度松绑。第三,社会推动大学生创新创业教育,主要从两方面着手,一是改良社会思想文化土壤;二是加强企业创新创业扶持力度。第四,家庭支持创新创业教育,一是回归家庭教育责任;二是提高家庭教育能力。
[Abstract]:At the APEC CEO summit, the Xi Jinping noted that the arrival of a new normal economy will bring new opportunities and challenges to China. Therefore, the economic innovation and entrepreneurship is facing new problems and opportunities. At present, the employment situation of college students in our country is worrying. In addition, due to the expansion of university enrollment, the number of graduates is increasing year by year. On February 17, 2017, the Ministry of Education promulgated the newly revised regulations on Student Management in ordinary Colleges and Universities, which clearly states that schools should be encouraged. To support and guide students to participate in social practice, to innovate entrepreneurial activities, to establish innovative entrepreneurship files, to set up innovative entrepreneurship credits, and to make detailed regulations on college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is the trend of the situation to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education for college students. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the economic problems brought about by the new normal state of economy and the problems of employment and innovation of college students. Based on the background of the new normal state of economy, the main line of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education, and on the basis of consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature on entrepreneurship theory, this paper studies the theoretical basis of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the case of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper reveals and summarizes the problems existing in innovative entrepreneurship education in our country, and then analyzes them, and starts from the four dimensions of school, government, society and family, and constructs an innovative entrepreneurship education system, and sets out from different angles of these four dimensions. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The first chapter describes the background and significance of this paper, the status quo, research content, methods and innovations. The second chapter, mainly is the related concept elaboration. Firstly, it expounds the connotation of the new normal state of economy and the internal relation between the new normal state of economy and the education of innovative entrepreneurship; secondly, it expounds the related concepts of the education of innovative entrepreneurship; finally, it demonstrates the basic viewpoints of Marxism on the education of innovative entrepreneurship. The third chapter, the description of the current situation and analysis of the causes. The first part is the status quo of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students, including the achievements, case studies and problems; the second part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in innovative entrepreneurship education, mainly from the school, The government, the society, the family four aspects analysis the question. The fourth chapter, the university student innovation entrepreneurship education countermeasure analysis. Firstly, this paper discusses the measures of implementing innovative entrepreneurship education from three aspects: concept education, curriculum construction and teachers' construction. Second, the government should guide innovation and entrepreneurship education, first, strengthen the support and improve the policy demands of different stages of innovation and entrepreneurship; secondly, pay close attention to the implementation and improve the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" policy supervision mechanism; finally, break down the obstacles. We will push for the loosening of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation system. Third, the society promotes college students' innovative entrepreneurship education, mainly from two aspects, one is to improve the social ideological and cultural soil, the other is to strengthen the enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship support. Fourth, family supports innovative entrepreneurship education, one is to return to family education responsibility, and the other is to improve family education ability.
