微时代背景下高校管理态势、范式及路径

【摘要】：微时代背景下,高校管理面临资源共享优势与学习能力弱化、打破时空界限与交往能力孱弱、新模式的应用与跟踪教育滞后、拉近师生距离与主体地位动摇的新态势,同时也衍生多维式管理、生成性管理、柔性化管理、软文化治理的新范式。为创新高校管理,需要进行微教育革新、微教学改革、微管理创新、微服务提档,全面落实以人为本。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the micro - era , the management of colleges and universities is confronted with the weakness of resource sharing and learning ability , breaks the new situation of the time - space boundary and the weak communication ability , the application of the new pattern and the new pattern of tracking education lag , the distance between teachers and students and the status of the subject , and also derives the new paradigm of multi - dimensional management , generative management , flexible management and soft cultural governance .
