专业学位研究生联合培养机制研究——以法律硕士专业学位研究生的培养为中心

【摘要】：随着专业硕士学位研究生规模的不断扩大,高校自身的课程体系设置以及现有的教育资源已无法满足新形势下社会对专业学位研究生的要求。所以,必须在专业研究生的培养方式上,借鉴国外、国内知名高校的做法,改革传统的培养模式,对专业学位研究生教育采取多学科综合、校企结合及双导师制的联合培养机制,才能真正培养出具有多学科综合的知识背景、专业特色明显、实践技能娴熟的研究生来,只有这样才能真正满足日益快速发展的社会对人才的需求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of professional master degree graduate students, the curriculum system of colleges and universities and the existing educational resources can no longer meet the requirements of the society for professional graduate students under the new situation. Therefore, we must learn from the practices of foreign and domestic famous colleges and universities, reform the traditional training mode, and adopt a multi-disciplinary comprehensive approach to the education of professional graduate students. Only through the combination of school and enterprise and the system of double tutors can we really cultivate graduate students who have a comprehensive knowledge background of many subjects, have obvious professional characteristics, and are skilled in practical skills. Only in this way can we really meet the demand for talents in the rapidly developing society.
