保守大学的创新创业转型:耶鲁大学20年发展路径与特点

【摘要】：耶鲁大学是美国保守大学的典型代表。进入20世纪90年代之后,受学术和财政双重危机的推动,耶鲁大学明确了实施创新创业参与区域社会经济发展的战略决策。通过制定系统的技术转移政策,完善创业组织结构,积极开展全校范围内的创业教育,耶鲁大学在促进区域生物技术簇群崛起和推动纽黑文地区经济发展方面产生了积极影响。
[Abstract]:Yale University is a typical representative of conservative universities in the United States. After the 1990s, driven by the dual crisis of academic and finance, Yale University made clear the strategic decision of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship to participate in the regional social and economic development. By making a systematic policy of technology transfer, perfecting the structure of entrepreneurial organizations and actively developing entrepreneurship education in the whole school, Yale University has had a positive impact on promoting the rise of regional biotechnology clusters and promoting the economic development of the New Haven region.
