【摘要】：在《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》与黑龙江省“十二五”教育规划纲要的指引下,黑龙江省普通本科院校师资队伍结构逐渐趋于合理,师资队伍建设获得了较大的发展,但由于政策导向、地理位置和历史变化等因素的影响,黑龙江省普通本科院校的发展明显处于弱势地位,使师资队伍结构的研究更具有重要性和紧迫感。本文以黑龙江省普通本科院校师资队伍结构为研究对象,综合运用文献研究法、历史研究法、比较研究法、案例研究法对黑龙江省普通本科院校师资队伍结构进行了具体研究。沿着“历史回顾—现状分析—问题探讨—对策建议”的思路依次展开。在探讨我国高等院校师资队伍政策变化的基础上,我省普通本科院校师资队伍结构的历史变化及其特点。通过与全国及若干省区的数据对比分析我省普通本科院校师资队伍结构的现状,并抽取我省十二所不同类型、不同层次普通本科院校师资队伍结构的数据分析我省普通本科院校师资队伍结构出现的具体问题。最后在分析问题及成因的基础上提出相对应的优化策略。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) and the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Heilongjiang Province, the structure of the teaching staff of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province is becoming more and more reasonable. The construction of teaching staff has been greatly developed, but due to the influence of policy guidance, geographical location and historical changes, the development of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province is obviously in a weak position. Make the research of teaching staff structure have more importance and sense of urgency. This paper takes the structure of teaching staff in ordinary colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and makes a concrete study on the structure of teaching staff of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province by using the methods of literature research, historical research, comparative research and case study. The idea of "Historical Review-current situation Analysis-problem-discussion-Countermeasures and suggestions" is carried out in turn. On the basis of discussing the change of the policy of teaching staff in colleges and universities in our country, the historical changes and characteristics of the structure of teaching staff in colleges and universities of our province are discussed. Through comparing with the data of the whole country and some provinces and regions, this paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching staff structure in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in our province, and extracts 12 different types of colleges in our province. Data Analysis on the structure of Teachers in different levels of Colleges and Universities the concrete problems in the structure of teaching staff in colleges and universities of our province are analyzed. Finally, the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward on the basis of analyzing the problem and its causes.
