构建地方本科高校应用型课程体系

【摘要】：正学生知识体系构建与学科课程系统性相结合。实现职业岗位需要与学科课程知识逻辑相协调。学生应用能力培养与可持续发展相一致。地方本科高校通常都将"培养应用型人才"作为学校的办学定位,但却不同程度地存在办学定位与人才培养实际不契合的现象。其主要原因在于部分高校课程设置没有真正实现围绕职业能力及岗位需求构建,且缺乏科学长远的规划,难以适应应用型人
[Abstract]:The construction of knowledge system of regular students is combined with the system of subject course. The realization of professional posts needs to be coordinated with the logic of subject course knowledge. The cultivation of students'applied ability is consistent with sustainable development. Local colleges and universities usually regard "cultivating applied talents" as the orientation of running a school, but to varying degrees there exists the phenomenon that the orientation of running a school does not coincide with the actual situation of talent training. The main reason lies in the fact that the curriculum of some colleges and universities has not really realized the construction around professional ability and post demand, and lacks scientific and long-term planning, so it is difficult to adapt to the application-oriented people.
