交叉学科视野下的大学生创新能力培养研究

【摘要】：创新是一个民族前进的动力,能够不断推动国家的发展。创新能力的培养既是当今时代创新的需要,也是创新教育的必然选择。十八大以来,以习近平同志总书记为核心的党中央提出"四个全面"战略布局,作出了加快实施创新驱动发展战略的重大部署。"十三五"规划的开展,"大众创业,万众创新"的提出,都在创新培养的方面涉及到了 "交叉学科"的概念。学科在分化的基础上产生了整合的趋势,这是当今科技发展的突出特点,知识交叉渗透发生在学科的各个领域。交叉学科在大学生创新能力培养中发挥着至关重要的作用,主要体现在它的特点在创新能力方面的培养,有助于加强大学生的基础知识,提高创新学习能力和培养创新思维能力,进而提高大学生的实践能力。探索交叉学科视角下大学生创新能力的培养,已经成为当今高校的重要举措,是提升我国高等教育质量,建设"双一流"大学的客观要求,是造就社会所需的创新人才的必然选择。本文首先主要研究交叉学科视角的选择和视角与大学生创新能力培养的关系。开头从创新能力培养和交叉学科的概念入手,研究大学生创新能力的主要内容,探讨交叉学科的特征对培养大学生创新能力的作用,依据"系统"的理论,建立了大学生创新能力的培养模式,明确了培养的要素。随后研究如何培养,基于培养模式的基础上,总结交叉学科培养大学生新创新能力的成果、问题,并分析成因。最后从明确理念、建立指标、确定保障和整合资源等方面谈到了交叉学科视野下大学生创新能力培养的途径。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force of a nation's progress and can continuously promote the development of the country. The cultivation of innovation ability is not only the need of innovation, but also the inevitable choice of innovation education. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and made a major plan to speed up the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development. " The development of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the proposal of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation" all involve the concept of "interdiscipline" in the aspect of innovation cultivation. On the basis of the division of disciplines, the trend of integration has emerged, which is a prominent feature of the development of science and technology today. Knowledge cross-permeation takes place in all fields of the discipline. Cross-discipline plays an important role in the cultivation of college students' innovative ability, which is mainly reflected in its characteristics in the cultivation of innovative ability, which is helpful to strengthen the basic knowledge of college students. Improve innovative learning ability and innovative thinking ability, and then improve the practical ability of college students. Exploring the cultivation of college students' innovation ability from the angle of cross-discipline has become an important measure in colleges and universities, which is the objective requirement of improving the quality of higher education and building "double first-class" universities. It is the inevitable choice to bring up the creative talents needed by the society. Firstly, this paper mainly studies the relationship between the choice of interdisciplinary perspective and the cultivation of college students'innovation ability. Starting with the concept of the cultivation of innovation ability and the concept of interdiscipline, this paper studies the main contents of the innovative ability of college students, and probes into the function of the characteristics of the interdiscipline in cultivating the innovative ability of college students, according to the theory of "system". This paper establishes the training mode of college students'innovation ability, and clarifies the elements of cultivation. Then it studies how to cultivate, based on the training model, summarizes the achievements and problems of cross-disciplinary training of college students' new innovation ability, and analyzes the causes. Finally, this paper discusses the ways to cultivate the innovative ability of college students from the aspects of clear concept, establishment of indicators, determination of guarantee and integration of resources, and so on.
