大学生手机依赖行为的分析及干预

【摘要】：手机在带给大学生交往、生活、娱乐等便利的同时,也造成了大学生手机依赖现象的产生。手机依赖不仅导致大学生沉迷于虚拟交往之中,导致其与现实生活的疏离感和碎片化认识,而且容易使大学生产生缺乏正确判断的情绪化表达。少数大学生的注意力和判断力下降导致核心价值观教育受到冲击。因此,我们要从自我教育和自我管理入手,从整合政府、社会、企业等资源的角度采取协同干预措施,帮助大学生克服手机依赖,从而为大学生成长成才提供更加健康的外部环境。
[Abstract]:Mobile phone brings college students communication, life, entertainment and other conveniences, but also causes the phenomenon of cell phone dependence of college students. Cell phone dependence not only leads college students to indulge in virtual communication, but also leads to alienation and fragmentation from real life, and makes college students emotional expression without correct judgment. The decline of the attention and judgment of a few college students results in the impact on the education of core values. Therefore, we should start with self-education and self-management, and take coordinated intervention measures from the perspective of integrating government, society, enterprises and other resources to help college students overcome their mobile phone dependence. In order to provide a more healthy external environment for college students to grow up.
