深入把握习近平关于教师职责使命论述的理论内涵

【摘要】：习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话中对高校教师职责使命的深入论述和高度阐发,具有丰富的理论内涵,表现在:深刻揭示了教师职责使命的内在范畴及其关系,明确指出了当代中国高校教师职责使命的具体内容,深刻阐明了中国高校教师完成职责使命的基本路径。广大高校教师要充分学习领会习近平总书记的讲话精神,将讲话要求贯彻于日常教育教学工作中,转化成为自身教书育人、立德树人的责任感和使命感,自觉成为先进思想文化的传播者、党执政的坚定支持者,更好地成为学生健康成长指导者和引路人。
[Abstract]:In his speech at the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, General Secretary Xi Jinping's in-depth exposition and highly elucidation of the duty and mission of university teachers have rich theoretical connotations. It reveals the inner category of the teachers' duty mission and its relationship, points out the concrete contents of the teachers' duty mission in contemporary Chinese colleges and universities, and expounds the basic path for the Chinese university teachers to accomplish the duty mission. Teachers in colleges and universities should fully study and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech, implement the requirements of the speech in their daily education and teaching work, and turn it into their own sense of responsibility and mission of teaching and educating people and creating a sense of responsibility and mission. Consciously becoming the propagator of advanced ideology and culture, and the firm supporter of the Party in power, better become the guidance and guide for the healthy growth of the students.
