秉承卓越:美国研究型大学跨学科人才培养的特点、趋势及启示

【摘要】：美国研究型大学在跨学科人才培养上秉承卓越取向,在培养规模与培养质量上均居世界前列。从特点来看,跨学科人才培养贯穿本硕博三个层次、与创业教育紧密结合,采用国际化培养路径;从趋势来看,跨学科组织在研究型大学趋于中心化、跨学科教育受到政府与大学科研的双重驱动、愈发重视学生需求与遵循一定的就业取向,以及通过进一步实践去巩固其在高等教育系统内的引领地位。美国的经验对我国研究型大学跨学科人才培养模式变革与机制创新具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:American research universities in interdisciplinary talent training adhere to the orientation of excellence in the training scale and quality of both ranks in the world. From the point of view of characteristics, interdisciplinary talent training runs through three levels, closely linked with entrepreneurship education, and adopts an international training path. From the trend, interdisciplinary organizations tend to become central in research-oriented universities. Interdisciplinary education is driven by both government and university scientific research. It pays more and more attention to students' needs and follows a certain employment orientation, and further practices to consolidate its leading position in the higher education system. The experience of the United States has important implications for the reform of the interdisciplinary talent training mode and the innovation of the mechanism in our country's research universities.
