现代岗位需求视角下的大学生综合素质培养研究

【摘要】：本文针对目前各高校都在大力开展的学生综合素质培养却在收效上仍不尽如人意现实问题,提出从现代岗位需求的视角对大学生综合素质培养进行从实际出发的系统研究,进而克服脱离实际的倾向,在提升高校毕业生的综合素质上取得实际成效。本文首先阐述了确定这一选题的缘由与意义,概述了围绕这一论题的国内外研究现状,并说明了与大学生综合素质和现代岗位需求有关的基本理论。在这一基础上,进行了大学生综合素质培养的现状分析和这一培养适应现代岗位需求的理性分析。在现状分析上既肯定了目前高校已经形成的大学生综合素质培养的初步条件,也制出了按现代岗位需求仍存在的较大差距,并从指导思想,培养的内容和培养方式三个方面分析了存在差距的原因。对大学生综合素质培养适应现代岗位需求的理性分析是本文的重点。首先从现代岗位需求在岗位职责、岗位衔接与岗位目标的综合性变化趋势上讲起,进而分析了适应现代岗位需求的大学生综合素质结构,主要强调了身心健康、思想道德与科学文化三个方面有机联系的素质结构,并得出了大学生综合素质培养在适应现代岗位需求上所应遵守的基本原则。按照既定原则,本文探讨了现代岗位需求视角下大学生综合素质培养的对策,强调了要把立德树人放在首位,从理想信念、敬业诚信友善的工作精神和健康的身心三个方面探讨了适应现代岗位需求的思想道德素质培养;其次在现代岗位需求的重点、特点及变化上对构建基于现代岗位需求的综合素质教育的课程体系进行了探讨,着重分析了提高学生创新素质的方式和途径;考虑到高校学生毕竟大部分的学习生活要在校园度过的实际,在本文最后也探讨了促进大学生综合素质提升的高校文化氛围的问题,虽然是在校园的环境之下,仍然强调要针对现代岗位需求来确定围饶综合素质培养的校园文化活动主题,并探索能够实现这一培养主旨的创新活动方式。促使大学生能够在多种多样的培养方式中逐渐形成适应现代岗位需求的综合素质。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the students' comprehensive quality training is still not satisfactory in the current colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a systematic research on the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students from the perspective of modern post demand. Therefore, it can overcome the tendency of deviating from reality and achieve practical results in improving the comprehensive quality of college graduates. This paper first expounds the reason and significance of determining this topic, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad around this topic, and explains the basic theories related to the comprehensive quality of college students and the demand for modern posts. On this basis, the present situation of college students' comprehensive quality training and the rational analysis of the cultivation to meet the needs of modern posts are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the present situation, it not only affirms the initial conditions for the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of college students, but also makes a big gap according to the needs of modern posts, and from the guiding ideology, The reason of the gap is analyzed in three aspects: the content and the way of cultivation. The rational analysis of college students' comprehensive quality training to meet the needs of modern posts is the focus of this paper. First of all, from the modern post demand in the post responsibility, the post connection and the post goal comprehensive change tendency, then has analyzed the university student comprehensive quality structure which adapts the modern post demand, mainly emphasized the physical and mental health, The quality structure of the three aspects of ideology, morality and science and culture is organically linked, and the basic principles of college students' comprehensive quality training in adapting to the demands of modern posts are obtained. According to the established principles, this paper probes into the countermeasures of cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students from the perspective of modern post demand, and emphasizes that the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities should be put in the first place, from the perspective of ideal and belief. This paper discusses the cultivation of ideological and moral qualities to meet the needs of modern posts from the three aspects of the work spirit of dedication, honesty and friendliness, and the healthy body and mind, and the emphasis of the demands of modern posts. In terms of characteristics and changes, this paper probes into the curriculum system of comprehensive quality education based on the demand of modern posts, and emphatically analyzes the ways and means of improving students' innovative quality. Taking into account the fact that most of the students in colleges and universities have to spend most of their study life on campus, at the end of this paper, we also discuss the issue of the cultural atmosphere of promoting the comprehensive quality of college students, although it is in the environment of the campus. It is still emphasized that the theme of campus cultural activities should be determined according to the needs of modern posts, and the innovative ways to achieve this aim should be explored. To promote college students to gradually form a comprehensive quality to meet the needs of modern posts in a variety of training methods.
