师范院校大学生人文素质教育的对策研究

【摘要】：师范院校是人民教师的摇篮,师范院校大学生人文素质的高低直接关系到人民教师队伍的水平。当前,关于师范院校大学生的人文素质教育问题引起了学者的广泛关注,学者们从各个角度对此问题进行了评述,也取得了一些效果,但还不够深入。人文素质教育属于长期工程,有着一定的复杂性,是无法在短时间内看到明显效果的。因此,我们需要在长期的人文素质教育实践过程中,不断进行经验和教训的吸取、总结。对于人类而言,全面发展的客观要求即进行人文素质教育,其同时也是有效的方式之一。要实现人文素质教育的目标需要各方面的通力合作。改革开放以来,伴随着中国特色社会主义事业的全面建设以及马克思主义和科学发展观的指导,党和政府对师范院校大学生的人文素质教育力度的加强,实现大学生的全面健康发展,已经成为了我国教育事业的发展重点。2016年9月9日,在第三十二个教师节来临之际,习近平总书记在北京市八一学校考察时讲到“广大教师要做学生锤炼品格的引路人,做学生学习知识的引路人,做学生创新思维的引路人,做学生奉献祖国的引路人。”总书记在讲话中勉励学子,努力做一个心灵纯洁、人格健全、品德高尚的人、努力做一个有文化修养、有人文关怀、有责任担当的人。本文力图通过对师范院校大学生人文素质教育的研究和分析,寻找到能够提升师范院校大学生人文素质教育水平的有效对策。
[Abstract]:Normal colleges and universities are the cradle of people's teachers. The level of humanistic quality of normal college students is directly related to the level of people's teachers. At present, the humanistic quality education of normal college students has aroused the widespread concern of scholars, scholars have commented on this issue from various angles, and have achieved some results, but it is not deep enough. Humanistic quality education is a long-term project with certain complexity and can not be seen in a short time. Therefore, we need in the long-term humanities quality education practice process, unceasingly carries on the experience and the lesson drawing, the summary. For human beings, the objective requirement of all-round development is to carry out humanistic quality education, which is also one of the effective ways. To realize the goal of humanistic quality education, we need the cooperation of all sides. Since the reform and opening up, with the overall construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the guidance of Marxism and scientific development view, the party and government have strengthened the humanistic quality education for normal college students. The overall and healthy development of college students has become the focus of the development of education in China. On September 9, 2016, on the eve of the thirty-second Teachers' Day, General Secretary Xi Jinping said during an inspection of the August 1 School in Beijing that "the vast number of teachers should be the guides for students to cultivate their character, to be guides for students to learn knowledge, to be guides for students to think creatively, and to be guides for students to contribute to the motherland." In his speech, the General Secretary encouraged the students to strive to be a person of pure spirit, sound personality, and high moral character, and to be a person of cultural accomplishment, humane concern, and responsibility. Through the research and analysis of humanistic quality education for normal college students, this paper tries to find effective countermeasures to improve the humanistic quality education level of normal college students.
