“仁”:当代大学生德育的理念、内容和方法资源价值探析

【摘要】：把儒家传统文化的核心概念"仁"作为大学生德育的资源来研究,探讨其对于有效开展大学生思想品德教育的价值,是因为"仁"是中国人精神气质中一个活的传统,千百年来以主流文化意识的形态潜伏在主体的思想行为、社会的风俗习惯、国家的理念制度之中,历史地塑造了生生不息的东方文化,并且"仁"的观念和"仁"的实践仍将对这一文化的持续发展产生不可替代的促进作用。思想品德教育本质上是人文化成的活动,必然统整传统与现实中的积极教育因素。因此,在培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人这一根本问题上,"仁"的"立德树人"资源价值值得重视。从理念、内容到方法,"仁"对大学生德育的裨益主要是:在理念上明确了"立人之道";在内容上构建了以爱为立足点的道德教育体系,以孝悌为本的社会道德秩序,以推恩及人、富民保民为主导的和谐社会道德关系;在方法论上提供了从"心"求仁,从"行"求仁,以"修身"求仁的认同方法。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the core concept of Confucian traditional culture, "benevolence", as the resource of moral education for college students, and probes into its value for the effective development of ideological and moral education of college students, because "benevolence" is a living tradition in the Chinese spiritual temperament. For thousands of years, the ideology and behavior of the main body, the customs and habits of the society and the ideology and system of the country have been lurking in the form of mainstream cultural consciousness, which has historically molded the endless oriental culture. And the concept of benevolence and the practice of benevolence will still produce irreplaceable promotion to the sustainable development of this culture. Ideological and moral education is essentially an activity of human culture, which is bound to integrate traditional and practical positive educational factors. Therefore, on the fundamental question of who to train, how to train and for whom, the value of the resource of "benevolence" is worth paying attention to. From idea, content to method, the benefit of "benevolence" to the moral education of college students is as follows: the way of establishing people is clear in concept, the moral education system based on love and the social and moral order based on filial piety and filial piety are constructed in content. The moral relationship of harmonious society, which is dominated by pushing kindness and people, enriching the people and protecting the people, provides the method of seeking benevolence from "heart", "acting" and seeking benevolence by "self-cultivation" in methodology.
