澳大利亚高校科研数据管理政策制定研究

【摘要】：澳大利亚高校科研数据管理政策的制定源于国际相关组织及会议、世界主要发达国家科研数据管理的实践以及澳大利亚国内相关组织与机构的推动。澳大利亚高校科研数据管理政策制定在政策的类型、制定目的、适用范围、制定时间、相关主体、内容要素等方面具有鲜明的特点。我国高校科研数据管理政策的构建应从以下几方面开展:政府应积极发挥其在高校构建科研数据管理政策中的引导性作用;科研资助机构应发挥其在制定科研数据管理政策中的约束性和引导性作用;高校在制定具体的科研数据管理政策时,应注重政策内容的详细性与规范性。
[Abstract]:The development of scientific research data management policy in colleges and universities is originated from the practice of international organizations and conferences , the practice of scientific research data management in the major developed countries of the world and the promotion of relevant organizations and institutions in Australia . The construction of scientific research data management policy in universities in Australia should be carried out in the following aspects : the government should play its guiding role in the construction of scientific research data management policy in colleges and universities .
