基于高校书院制视角下的学生教育管理模式研究
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is one of the core ideas of the development of higher education. To promote the all-round development of students and to cultivate high-quality talents with good comprehensive quality and innovative ability is the goal of the educational management reform in colleges and universities. "Academy system" education management is an innovative exploration in the reform of university education management. It fully inherits the spirit of Chinese traditional academies of learning and draws lessons from the form of residential colleges in European and American universities. Based on the all-round development of students, college education management actively combines professional education with general education, implements the tutorial system to guide students in all aspects, and promotes students' mixed accommodation to promote the exchange and study of students of different specialties. To carry out various student activities to provide students with diversified non-formal education and to construct a good learning and living environment with the students' living community as the space carrier. The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) was the first to implement the management of college students' education and to improve the management mode of college education, which has achieved positive results in the field of talent training since 2005. Xi'an Jiaotong University and other high level universities have taken the lead in exploring the implementation of college education management in mainland colleges and universities. They have accumulated rich experience and improved the quality and level of student education management. Under the influence of advanced colleges and universities, more and more colleges and universities in China are actively exploring the implementation of college education management, but the implementation time of college system in mainland colleges and universities is still relatively short, and the scope of implementation is not wide. The practice and research of college system management is relatively weak, basically in the primary stage of college system management, need to carry out in-depth research. The first part of this paper describes the background and significance of the study, summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad on the management of the academy system, explains the research ideas and research methods. The second part analyzes the relationship between Chinese traditional colleges and the residential colleges of European and American universities and the college system education management, summarizes the concept of the college system management, and combs the characteristics of the college system management. The third part analyzes the theoretical basis of college management from the theory of whole-person education, the theory of constructivism learning, the theory of learning organization, and the problems existing in traditional student education management based on the demand of social development for talent training. The new requirements of the development of students'main body explain the realistic basis of college system management in three aspects. The fourth part selects the representative colleges and universities in Hong Kong and Macao and the mainland colleges and universities to analyze the current situation of the college system management and analyze the problems and reasons of the college system management. The fifth part is based on the problems and development needs of college system management, from the system construction, organizational management, resource allocation, cultural construction four aspects of the college system management optimization path.
