我国高校学术治理对教师效用的影响分析

【摘要】：文章主要采用调查中的抽样调查研究方式,在资料收集过程中采用自填式问卷法中个别发送法、邮寄调查法与网络调查法相结合的资料收集方法。抽取我国武汉、北京5所大学共计760名高校教师作为样本进行调查,此次调查旨在分析高校学术治理如何影响教师行事或行为偏好,以找出符合我国高校教师效用现状和发展要求,能够促进高校学术创新的合理学术治理模式。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly adopts the method of sampling investigation in the investigation, and adopts the method of individual sending in the self-filling questionnaire method, the method of mail survey and the method of network investigation in the process of data collection. A total of 760 college teachers from 5 universities in Wuhan and Beijing in China were selected as a sample to investigate how academic governance in colleges and universities affects teachers' behavior or behavior preference. In order to find out a reasonable academic governance model which can promote academic innovation in colleges and universities according with the current situation and development requirements of teachers' utility in colleges and universities in China.
