利用校友资源开展大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：2016年12月7日至8日,全国高校思想政治工作会议在北京召开。中共中央总书记习近平出席会议并作出重要讲话,他指出,做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。要遵循思想政治工作规律,遵循教书育人规律,遵循学生成长规律,不断提高工作能力和水平。在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的过程中,既有发展更有挑战。高校肩负着为社会主义培育人才的使命,因此产生了非常丰厚的校友资源,他们的人生经历对于在校大学生而言,就是大学生效仿的榜样,校友资源不仅在教学改革和加强师资队伍、推动学校产学研结合、促进大学生就业创业等方面对学校的发展有重要影响,而且对于在校大学生思想政治教育而言也是重要的资源。本论文共分为四章,从以下几个层次进行分析:首先,对该课题研究的目的和意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路、写作方法和创新点做了陈述。其次,对思想政治教育资源及校友资源在高校思想政治教育中的作用做一概述,包括思想政治教育资源理论,校友、高校校友资源的科学内涵,校友资源在高校思想政治教育中的作用。再次,通过问卷调查和走访调查,总结分析了高校校友资源在大学生思想政治教育运用中存在的问题及原因分析。最后,通过调查分析及实践体会,提出高校校友资源在大学生思想政治教育中运用的对策与建议以及运用过程中保障措施。从而为贯彻落实好习总书记关于新时期高校思想政治工作的重要讲话精神,探求规律,提高工作能力和水平。校友资源引入高校思想政治工作符合因事而新,是一种符合现代话语体系的思想政治教育新“教材”。采取生动的语言或丰富多彩的活动形式,利用大学生欣于接受的话语体系去影响思想政治教育客体的行为,能够准确地把握当代大学生的思想脉搏,创造性地开展工作,从而达到贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近大学生的效果,提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,不断增强吸引力、感染力。
[Abstract]:On December 7-8, 2016, the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities was held in Beijing. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, attended the meeting and made an important speech. We should follow the law of ideological and political work, follow the law of teaching and educating people, follow the law of students' growth, and constantly improve the ability and level of work. In the process of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, the development is more challenging. Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating talents for socialism, so they have very rich alumni resources. Their life experience is an example for college students to emulate. Alumni resources not only have an important impact on the development of the school in the aspects of teaching reform and strengthening the teaching staff, promoting the combination of production, learning and research in schools, and promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. And it is also an important resource for the ideological and political education of college students. This thesis is divided into four chapters, which are analyzed from the following levels: first, the purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas, writing methods and innovative points are stated. Secondly, it summarizes the role of ideological and political education resources and alumni resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, including the theory of ideological and political education resources, the scientific connotation of alumni and alumni resources. Thirdly, through questionnaire survey and visiting investigation, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and causes of the application of alumni resources in the ideological and political education of college students. Thus, in order to carry out the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speech on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period, we should explore the law and improve the ability and level of work. The introduction of alumni resources into the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is in line with the new teaching material of ideological and political education which accords with the modern discourse system. By adopting vivid language or rich and colorful activity forms and using the discourse system accepted by college students to influence the behavior of the objects of ideological and political education, they can accurately grasp the ideological pulse of contemporary college students and carry out their work creatively. In order to achieve close to reality, close to life, close to the effect of college students, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, constantly enhance the attraction, appeal.
