大学生廉洁意识教育研究

【摘要】：该文基于高校思想政治教育的视角,通过理论研究与科学的实证分析,深入探讨了大学生廉洁意识教育的相关理论及现实问题,并提出了具有针对性的改进建议。在理论研究部分,该文首先界定了廉洁意识教育的内涵是教育者遵循一定的教育规律,按照历史文化传统和时代发展要求,使社会的廉洁要求转化为大学生的廉洁自律需要,升华为自身道德品质和能力素质的教育活动;区分了廉洁意识教育与其他相近概念的区别,其内涵较之“廉洁修身”而言不再局限于个体品性修养,研究视角较之“廉洁教育”而言更聚焦、侧重于精神意识,在推动廉洁社会发展方面的作用发挥较之“廉洁文化”而言有所差异;辨析了廉洁意识教育与思想政治教育的特殊关系,二者不仅存在着目标同构、向度同一的关系,在教育实现路径、教育内容、教育实现手段、教育对象、教育目的等方面,二者还存在着复杂的耦合关系。该文梳理了廉洁意识教育的理论资源和实践经验,为大学生廉洁意识教育挖掘出了丰富多样的宝贵素材。马克思主义经典作家的廉洁思想是当代中国廉洁意识教育的思想指南,其具体化为中国共产党廉洁教育的实践活动,为新时代廉洁意识教育提供了理论支撑和实践启示。中国优秀传统文化中的廉洁意识教育资源同样十分丰富,中国古代所推行廉洁教育的重要举措仍有益于廉洁社会建设,为纯洁大学生的个人修养和廉洁意识教育提供了精神滋养和实践典范。西方政治思想家关于廉洁意识教育的核心观点,以及西方国家在实践廉洁教育的过程中逐渐积累的有益探索,也是当前开展大学生廉洁意识教育值得借鉴的理论资源和实践经验。在实证分析部分,该文通过问卷调查的方式,诊断了当前大学生群体的廉洁认知状况、意识与态度、立场与行为选择等,掌握了目前高校大学生廉洁意识教育的开展情况、学生满意度、不同教育路径的效果差异等。通过多元化的实证分析方法,从自然因素、家庭背景和教育环境视角对大学生廉洁意识教育的问题及其可能原因进行了分析,并着重论证了高校思想政治教育工作开展对大学生廉洁意识教育所产生的积极、正向影响。通过模型建构的方法,构建了大学生廉洁意识教育路径实施的结构方程模型,呈现了“教育路径-意识与认知-态度与行为”三者之间的相互作用关系。该文介绍了大学生廉洁意识教育的架构,对教育的目标体系、基本原则、主要特征、结构体系等进行了深入分析。廉洁意识教育的总目标是引导大学生做到为人民服务、廉洁自律、爱国敬业,不断增强拒腐防变的良好心理品质,具体而言是要实现大学生廉洁意识的知、情、意、行的和谐统一。大学生廉洁意识教育要遵循理论与实践相结合、示范与警示相结合、教育与养成相结合、继承与创新相结合的基本原则,正确把握教育性质的前瞻性、教育对象的针对性、教育内容的系统性、教育方式的渗透性、教育效果评价的延时性等主要特征。大学生廉洁意识教育的结构体系主要包括:高校教学工作者、高校辅导员、高校管理者等施教主体,由各级各类大学生构成的教育客体,课堂教学平台、校园文化平台、网络交流平台等教育介体,以及家庭环境、社会环境等教育环体。在理论与实证研究的基础上,该文为改善大学生廉洁意识教育提出合理化的实施路径。鉴于廉洁意识教育与思想政治教育的同构、耦合关系,该文提出将廉洁意识教育融入思想政治教育全过程,在思想政治理论课、日常思想政治教育和高校教学管理过程中更好地开展廉洁意识教育。该文还建议多措并举、持续完善大学生廉洁意识教育实施路径,整合教育组织力量,发挥高校组织的主导作用、家庭组织的基础作用、社会组织的熏陶作用;完善教育内容体系,强化马克思主义理论、理想信念、思想品德、廉洁法规、廉洁文化等教育内容;丰富活动式教育、情感式教育、以文化人式教育、科技式教育、警示式教育等教育方式方法;优化育人的宏观、中观、微观环境,认清国际形势、构建廉洁社会、营造良好作风;增加组织载体、网络载体、文化载体等教育载体运用。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, through theoretical research and scientific empirical analysis, this paper explores the relevant theories and practical problems of College Students' integrity awareness education, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions for improvement. In the theoretical research part, this article first defines the connotation of the integrity consciousness education is that the educator follows certain. Through a variety of empirical analysis methods, this paper analyzes the problems and possible causes of College Students' integrity awareness education from the perspective of natural factors, family background and educational environment, and emphatically demonstrates the positive and positive effects of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities on the integrity of the students. By the method of model construction, the structural equation model for the implementation of the education path of College Students' integrity consciousness is constructed, and the interaction relationship between the three parties is presented. The structure system mainly includes: college teaching workers, college counselors, university administrators and other educational subjects, education objects, classroom teaching platform, campus culture platform, network communication platform and so on, as well as family environment, social environment and other educational circles, based on theoretical and empirical research. This article puts forward a reasonable implementation path to improve the integrity of College Students' integrity awareness education. In view of the isomorphism and coupling relationship between the integrity consciousness education and the ideological and political education, this article puts forward the integration of the integrity consciousness education into the whole process of Ideological and political education, which is better open in the course of Ideological and political theory, daily ideological and political education and the process of teaching management in Colleges and universities. This article also suggests that more measures should be taken to improve the implementation of College Students' integrity awareness education, integrate the strength of educational organization, play the leading role of the university organization, the basic role of the family organization, the edification of the social organization, improve the educational content system, strengthen the theory of Marx's doctrine, ideal and belief, moral character, and low quality.
