基于协同创新视角下的研究生科技创新能力培养

【摘要】：近些年来科技的发展日新月异,社会对创新型人才的需求也日益增加,所以如何培养新一代的科技创新型人才也成为了重中之重。分析和研究在协同创新视角下研究生在培养科技创新能力的过程中出现的一些问题,通过创新教学方法、改革教学体制、提高教学质量等对培养创新型人才提出一些建议,有助于推进科学技术的创新,改革臃肿的教育体制,进一步优化对高新科技人才的培养。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the social demand for innovative talents is also increasing, so how to cultivate a new generation of innovative science and technology talents has become the most important. This paper analyzes and studies some problems in the process of cultivating scientific and technological innovation ability of graduate students from the perspective of collaborative innovation, and puts forward some suggestions for cultivating innovative talents through innovating teaching methods, reforming teaching system, improving teaching quality, etc. It helps to promote scientific and technological innovation, reform the bloated educational system, and further optimize the training of hi-tech talents.
