大学生正确价值观培育途径研究

【摘要】：青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强,明确了广大青年群体在实现中国梦过程中的主要地位,而大学是为国家培育发展后备军的重要场所,同时还是对先进文化进行传承、传播的发源地之一。所以,培育什么样的人,通过哪种途径培育人以及以怎样的价值标准培育人,人才培育事业关乎国家发展命运。伴随着经济发展的全球化、社会主义现代化进程的逐步深入以及社会主义核心价值观的确定,社会对大学生价值观的培育越来越重视,对大学生价值观的培育要求也有所转变,尤其是要和社会主义核心价值观吻合。社会未来发展需要大学源源不断地向外输送人才,高校必须高度重视大学生正确价值观的培育工作。正确价值观的培育是各个大学对大学生进行马克思主义思想政治理论教育的主要方面,还是贯彻落实十八大精神的客观要求。各大高校必须深入研究大学生价值观培养方式,尤其是在意识教育形态下的当今社会,能够使其时代性、针对性和实效性变得更强。本文的第一部分首先对选题目的、选题意义以及国内外研究现状作一综述。并对本文的研究方法:文献研究法、综合分析法、比较研究法作出解释说明。本文的第二部分主要解读了价值、价值观、正确价值观的含义、本质、特性及功能。提出正确的价值观就是马克思主义的世界观。马克思主义的世界观是当今世界最科学、最革命的世界观和方法论。它包含着辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义。因此我们要坚持一起切从实际出发、用理论和实际相联系,并且坚持具体问题具体分析的方法论来解决问题。本文第三部分依据上海开放大学信息安全与社会管理创新实验室与复旦大学社会治理研究中心联合发布《大学生心态调查报告(2016)》的研究成果,对大学生价值观现状进行分析。并得出大学生政治价值观积极、消费价值观正面、人生价值观乐观的主流状况。同时,还指出大学生价值观中存在的对实践认知有失偏颇、择业价值观有功利倾向、道德价值观有待提升的问题。从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个维度分析其形成原因。本文第四部分针对第三章总结出的大学生价值观的主流状况及存在问题指出培育大学生正确价值观的内容和意义。指出要对大学生进行中国特色社会主义信念、爱国主义、集体主义、豁达人生态度的培育。从而促进大学生协调均衡发展,提升高校思想政治教育水平以及校园文化品位,助力于建设社会主义和谐社会,培养中国特色社会主义建设者,实现中华民族伟大复兴等各项事业的发展。本文的第五部分以大学生价值观现状及培育内容为根据,对培育大学生正确价值观的途径进行探究。从自我内化、家庭辅助、学校培育、社会宣扬四个角度进行深入研究。紧跟时代步伐,满足现实需求,将个人、家庭、学校、社会的培育途径有机融合,相互促进,充分调动每个要素的积极性,以达成培育大学生正确价值观的最终目的。本文第六部分得出结论,途径是大学生正确价值观培育的有机组成部分,它是联系大学生正确价值观培育过程各个要素的纽带和桥梁,大学生正确价值观的培育因而成为分层次、分步骤、分阶段的动态发展过程。

The cultivation of correct values is the main aspect of Marx's ideological and Political Theory Education for college students, or the main aspects of the ideological and political theory. The first part of this article first discusses the purpose of the topic, the significance of the topic and the status of the research at home and abroad. The second parts of this article mainly interpret the meaning, the value, the meaning, the essence, the character and the function of the value, the essence, the character and the function of the correct values. At the same time, it also pointed out the values of College Students' values. The existing problems of practical cognition are biased, the value concept of career selection is utilitarian and moral values need to be promoted. From the four dimensions of individual, family, school and society, the reasons are analyzed. The fourth part of this paper points out the mainstream status and problems of College Students' values summed up in the third chapter and points out the cultivation of correct values of college students. It points out that it is necessary to foster the students' belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics, patriotism, collectivism, and open-minded attitude of life, so as to promote the coordinated and balanced development of college students, improve the level of Ideological and political education and the grade of campus culture, and help to build a socialist harmonious society and cultivate the social owners with Chinese characteristics. The fifth part of this article, based on the present situation of the college students' values and the cultivation content, explores the ways to cultivate the correct values of the college students. From the four angles of self internalization, family assistance, school cultivation and social publicity, it follows the pace of the times. In the sixth part, the sixth part draws the conclusion that the way is the organic part of the cultivation of College Students' positive values, which is connected with college students. It is the link and bridge of various elements in the process of cultivating the value concept, and the cultivation of the correct values of college students has become the dynamic development process of stages, steps and stages.
