大学生通识型创业教育有效性的理论模型和实证研究

【摘要】:创业教育有效性的争议主要源于对创业教育的层次和目的的误解。本文首先介绍了创业教育的三个层次、目的、对象以及创业教育的时滞效应。然后依据计划行为理论构建了测度通识型创业教育有效性的结构方程模型,并对通识型创业教育的有效性进行实证。通过对香港3所高校411名参加过通识型创业教育和没有参加过创业教育的本科学生的调查数据的验证,发现参加过创业教育样本组的创业兴趣、社会声誉、创业能力及创业意愿的均值明显高于未参加过创业教育的样本组。得出结论,通识型创业教育能够有效地提高学生的创业兴趣、社会声誉和创业能力,进而提高学生的创业意愿。
[Abstract]:The controversy about the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education is mainly due to misunderstanding of the level and purpose of entrepreneurship education. This paper first introduces the three levels, objectives, objects and the delay effect of entrepreneurship education. Then, according to the theory of planning behavior, the structural equation model is constructed to measure the effectiveness of general entrepreneurship education, and the effectiveness of general entrepreneurship education is demonstrated. By verifying the survey data of 411 undergraduate students who have participated in general entrepreneurship education and those who have not participated in entrepreneurship education in three universities in Hong Kong, we find that they have participated in the entrepreneurial interest and social reputation of the entrepreneurship education sample group. The mean value of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial will was significantly higher than that of the sample group that had not participated in entrepreneurship education. It is concluded that general entrepreneurship education can effectively improve students' interest in entrepreneurship, social reputation and entrepreneurial ability, and then improve students' willingness to start a business.
