思想政治教育视野下大学生积极情绪养成研究

【摘要】：大学生思想政治教育是高校教育工作者以科学的理论为指导,对大学生进行有目的、有计划、有组织的教育行为的过程,它是以政治教育为核心教育体系,致力于培养大学生的思想道德素养,促使大学生树立起社会主义共同理想和共产主义崇高信念的实践活动。积极情绪教育重点培养个体在寻求自我需要的过程中,产生主动的、积极的情绪反应,能够促使大学生对思想政治教育理论的学习、奋斗目标的明确、思想道德标准的塑造等思想政治教育工作更有力、有效地开展。最终达到端正大学生政治立场和世界观的目的。调查发现,大学生对高校中思想政治教育理论课的教学总体评价较好;对师资教授水平及课程设置等方面较为满意;对传统的思想政治教育模式有一定的期待;通过差异对比,大学生在思想政治教育过程中呈现出不同的积极情绪状态;当前大学生更关注心理方面的课程及辅导。结合调查,在思想政治教育中加强培养大学生积极情绪,开展积极情绪教育的理论与实践研究以提升思想政治教育实效,是当前高校思想政治教育工作重要的发展方向。在潜移默化中,积极情绪能够激发个体的积极状态,不断完善教育主客体的需要,提升教育成效,推动思想政治教育整体性的发展。大学生积极情绪养成途径主要包括:建立培养机制,形成领导决策机制、执行机制,建立评估系统;完善教学内容,构建符合当前大学生需求,贴近大学生活实际的教学体系;加强师资队伍,提高教师教育意识、自身素质和人格魅力、提高沟通疏导能力、具备调节自身情绪的能力;改善教育环境,注重社会环境、网络环境、校园环境及家庭环境的优化;从以人为本的角度,调动和发挥大学生的主观能动性和积极性,帮助他们培养积极的人格;建立养成平台,利用互联网,搭建网络平台、新媒体平台等。塑造大学生的积极情绪素养,使大学生建立健全人格,从而为国家培养更多栋梁之才。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is the process of the college educators' purposeful, planned and organized educational behavior under the guidance of scientific theory, and it is the core education system of political education. It is committed to cultivate the ideological and moral literacy of college students and to promote the practical activities of setting up socialist common ideals and lofty communist beliefs. Positive emotional education focuses on cultivating individuals to produce active and positive emotional responses in the process of seeking for their own needs, which can promote college students to study the theory of ideological and political education and to make their goals clear. Ideological and political education, such as the shaping of ideological and moral standards, is more effective and effective. Finally, the purpose of rectifying college students' political stand and world outlook is achieved. The investigation found that the college students' overall evaluation of the ideological and political education theory course in colleges and universities is good; they are more satisfied with the teaching level and curriculum setting of teachers; they have certain expectations for the traditional ideological and political education mode; and through the comparison of differences, In the process of ideological and political education, college students show different positive emotional states; at present, college students pay more attention to psychological curriculum and counseling. It is an important developing direction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of positive emotion in ideological and political education and to carry out theoretical and practical research on it in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. In the process of imperceptible change, positive emotion can stimulate the positive state of individual, improve the needs of the subject and object of education, promote the effect of education, and promote the development of ideological and political education as a whole. The ways to cultivate positive emotion of college students include: establishing cultivation mechanism, forming leadership decision-making mechanism, executing mechanism, setting up evaluation system, perfecting teaching content, constructing teaching system that accords with current college students' needs and close to the reality of college life. Strengthen the teaching staff, improve teachers' education consciousness, their own quality and personality charm, improve their ability to communicate and channel, have the ability to regulate their own emotions, improve the educational environment, pay attention to the social environment, network environment, The optimization of campus environment and family environment; from the perspective of people-oriented, to mobilize and give play to the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of college students, to help them cultivate positive personality, to establish a cultivation platform, to use the Internet, to build a network platform, New media platform, etc. Mold the positive emotion accomplishment of the university student, make the university student establish the perfect personality, thus train more pillars of talent for the country.
