创业教育对大学生创业实践究竟有多大影响——基于浙江大学国家大学科技园创业企业的实证调查

【摘要】：基于浙江大学国家大学科技园大学生创业企业的问卷调查,从创业者个人背景、创业企业发展情况、创业过程中的难点梳理大学生创业现状,从创业课程、创业讲座、创业竞赛、创业社团四个方面分析目前高校创业教育的影响力,探究高校创业教育对大学生创业实践的影响。研究结果发现当前高校创业教育零散且单薄,缺乏整体性战略布局;教育理论体系与实践环节脱节;高校创业教育同质化,缺乏独特性和针对性。针对研究结果,本研究认为高校应着力打造创业教育生态系统、强化三创合一的系统创业教育新模式、打造优势学科与创业教育相结合的特色创业教育等,以对当前的创业教育进行改进。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey of university students' entrepreneurial enterprises in the National University Science Park of Zhejiang University, this paper combs the status quo of college students' entrepreneurship from the background of entrepreneurs, the development of entrepreneurial enterprises, the difficulties in the process of entrepreneurship, the course of entrepreneurship, the lectures on entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from four aspects: entrepreneurship competition and entrepreneurial association, and probes into the influence of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities on college students' entrepreneurial practice. The results show that the current entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is scattered and thin, lacking of the overall strategic layout; the educational theory system is out of touch with the practice link; and the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is homogenous, lacking in uniqueness and pertinence. In view of the research results, this study suggests that colleges and universities should make great efforts to create an ecosystem of entrepreneurship education, strengthen a new mode of systematic entrepreneurship education which integrates three innovations, and create a characteristic entrepreneurship education that combines superior disciplines with entrepreneurship education, and so on. In order to improve the current entrepreneurship education.
