马克思人的全面发展理论视阈下的大学生个人发展问题研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world is an era of knowledge economy. Under the trend of globalization, the competition among countries is increasingly fierce. The focus of competition is on the competition of comprehensive national strength centered on the economy. The key to the economic development lies in the innovation of science and technology, and the innovation of science and technology is inseparable from the talents. Therefore, the innovative talents are in urgent need of the current society. To meet the needs of the current society, the individual development of college students must be promoted. College students are the higher technical talents trained by the state. It is an important task that the future scientific and technological innovation can not be ignored. One of the important tasks of the present university education is to train the College Students to become the innovative talents in urgent need of the society. The individual development of college students is a comprehensive concept. First, it refers to the students' ability to improve their own quality through learning and practice, including personal ideological and political awareness, moral level, willpower, mental quality and physical quality, interpersonal harmony, personality release, and human ability to deal with social relations, analysis and innovation ability. On this basis, on this basis, college students make their own social value and self-worth by giving full play to their own ability to contribute to the society in their work and social practice, and thus realize their own social values and self values. At present, there are still many problems in the individual development of the College Students in China. The comprehensive quality and ability of college students, especially the innovation ability, still need to be improved. Based on this situation, China's higher education is striving to change, actively promoting quality education, solving all kinds of problems in the individual development of college students and promoting the overall development of college students. The development of College students should be based on the comprehensive development theory of Marx people. Marx's comprehensive development theory and the individual development of college students are the relationship between theory and practice. Marx is a scientific theory tested through practice, and as a major component of Marx's doctrine, the comprehensive development theory of Marx is also the same. It is scientific. It reveals the general law of the all-round development of human beings. It is a correct understanding of the personal healthy development of college students. It has great guiding value for the individual development practice of college students. In addition, the overall development of people and the individual development of college students are common and personality, the relationship of universal and special, and the college students as a society. A special group is from the human nature, so the comprehensive development theory of Marx is also suitable for guiding the individual development practice of college students. This article aims to analyze and solve the problem of individual development of college students with the aim of promoting the individual development of college students to solve the problem of individual development under the guidance of the comprehensive development theory of Marx. With the deepening of quality education as the main means, combined with China's national conditions and the particularity of university students, the basic countermeasures for promoting the development of university students are put forward.
