“微时代”大学生思想政治教育创新研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的快速发展,智能手机的广泛运用,微信、微博等微媒体成为主要的传播载体,与之相适应出现了满足微媒体需要的微信息、微选择、微交流和微心理、微公益、微文化等以“微”为表达形式的内容、方法和载体,人类社会步入了微时代。微时代提供的新内容更加吸引大学生,微时代提供的新方法更加感染大学生,微时代提供的新载体更加接近大学生。为此,以“微时代”为视域进行大学生思想政治教育创新,不仅是提高思想政治教育实效性的需要,更是高校思想政治教育必须面对并认真思考的热点问题。论文共分绪论和三个部分对微时代大学生思想政治教育的创新进行研究。第一部分对微时代和大学生思想政治教育的相关问题进行简要论述,即在阐述微时代、微时代的表现形式和基本特征等相关问题的基础上,对微时代和大学生思想政治教育的关联性进行了创新性分析。第二部分分析微时代大学生思想政治教育创新的必要性和可能性。从微理念的快速传播要求重新审视思想政治教育主客体关系、微信息的流行要求更新思想政治教育的内容、微心理的交流要求改进思想政治教育的方法、微媒介的广泛使用要求拓宽思想政治教育的载体等方面分析了微时代大学生思想政治教育创新的必要性。同时通过对微时代大学生思想政治教育进行现实考察,借助相关案例,从低门槛有利于教育主体的多元化、微文化有利于教育内容的亲民化、微功能有利于教育方法的个性化、微媒介有利于教育渠道的多样化等方面探析了微时代大学生思想政治教育创新的可能性。第三部分是全文的重点,主要从主体创新、内容创新、方法创新、载体创新等四个方面,对“微时代”背景下大学生思想政治教育创新提出对策思考。认为微时代大学生思想政治教育需要重塑思想政治教育者的形象、强化大学生的主体意识、依靠微群体进行思想政治教育;通过发布微消息、整合微内容、关注微事件等创新大学生思想政治教育内容;结合微心理、利用微选择、鼓励微交流创新大学生思想政治教育方法;借助微媒体、开展微公益、创建微组织等创新大学生思想政治教育载体。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the wide use of smart phones, micromedia such as WeChat, Weibo and so on have become the main carriers of communication, and the micro-information, micro-selection, micro-communication and micro-psychology have emerged to meet the needs of micro-media. Micro-public welfare, micro-culture and other forms of "micro" as the expression of the content, methods and carriers, human society has entered a micro-era. The new contents provided by the micro-era are more attractive to the college students, the new methods provided by the micro-era are more infected with the college students, and the new carriers provided by the micro-era are closer to the college students. Therefore, it is not only the need to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, but also the hot issue that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities must face and seriously consider. The thesis is divided into introduction and three parts to study the innovation of ideological and political education of micro-age college students. The first part of the micro-era and the ideological and political education of college students are briefly discussed, that is, on the basis of the micro-era, micro-era manifestations and basic characteristics and other related issues. The relationship between micro-age and college students' ideological and political education is analyzed innovatively. The second part analyzes the necessity and possibility of ideological and political education innovation in micro-age college students. From the point of view of the rapid spread of micro-concept, we should re-examine the relationship between subject and object of ideological and political education, the popularity of micro-information requires updating the content of ideological and political education, and the communication of micro-psychology requires improving the method of ideological and political education. The extensive use of micromedia requires broadening the carrier of ideological and political education and analyzes the necessity of the innovation of ideological and political education of college students in the micro-era. At the same time, through the practical investigation of the ideological and political education of college students in the micro-era, with the help of relevant cases, the low threshold is conducive to the diversification of the main body of education, the micro-culture is conducive to the personalization of the educational content and the micro-function is conducive to the individualization of the educational methods. This paper probes into the possibility of the innovation of ideological and political education of college students in the micro-era in the aspects of the diversification of educational channels and so on. The third part is the focus of the paper, mainly from the main body innovation, the content innovation, the method innovation, the carrier innovation and so on four aspects, puts forward the countermeasure ponder to the university student ideological and political education innovation under the "micro age" background. The author thinks that the ideological and political education of college students in the micro age needs to rebuild the image of the ideological and political educators, to strengthen the subject consciousness of the college students, to carry out ideological and political education by relying on the micro groups, and to integrate the micro contents through the publication of micro news. Pay attention to micro-events and other innovative contents of ideological and political education for college students; combine micro-psychology, utilize micro-selection, encourage micro-communication and innovate methods of ideological and political education of college students; use micro-media to develop micro-public welfare, Creation of micro-organization and other innovative carriers of ideological and political education for college students.
