大理大学师范生职业道德素养培育研究

【摘要】:师范生要成长为一名合格的教师,必须具备教师职业的基本素养,尤其是教师职业道德素养。面对全球化背景下西方意识形态的渗透和功利主义对教师职业道德素养培育的挑战,面对师范院校转型发展为综合性大学对原有师范教育的冷落,面对新时期师范生对职业选择的多样化和自我教育的欠缺,大理大学对师范生职业道德素养培育存在着人才培养目标定位宽泛、课程设置不合理、教师职业道德有待提高和师范性环境较差的问题。强化师范生的职业道德素养培育,对于培养师范生健全的职业素养和推动教师教育发展意义重大。本文基于师范教育已经发展为教师教育的教育改革趋势,阐述了教师职业道德的重要性,反推出师范生培养教师职业道德素养的必要性。进而分析当前大理大学师范生职业道德素养及其教育现状,肯定其存在的优势,根据其所存在的问题,分析了影响师范生职业道德素养培育的原因。根据中国传统养成育人对师范生职业道德素养培育的思想指导,提出在科学原则的指导下,加强大理大学师范生职业道德素养培育对策的主张,为大理大学在综合发展的改革过程中,改变学校师范生职业道德素养知识缺乏、职业理想不坚定和职业荣誉感欠缺的现状提供几点参考。
[Abstract]:In order to become a qualified teacher, normal students must possess the basic qualities of teachers' profession, especially teachers' professional ethics. Facing the challenge of western ideology infiltration and utilitarianism to the cultivation of teachers' professional ethics accomplishment under the background of globalization, facing the transformation and development of normal colleges and universities, the former teachers' education is neglected by comprehensive universities. In the face of the diversity of career choice and the lack of self-education, Dali University has a broad orientation of talent training goals and unreasonable curriculum for the cultivation of the professional ethics literacy of normal students in Dali University. Teachers'professional ethics need to be improved and teachers' environment is poor. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of professional ethics literacy of normal school students and promote the development of teacher education. Based on the educational reform trend that teacher education has developed into teacher education, this paper expounds the importance of teachers' professional ethics, and puts forward the necessity of cultivating teachers' professional ethics literacy for normal college students. Then it analyzes the current professional ethics literacy of normal students in Dali University and its educational status, affirms its advantages, and analyzes the reasons that affect the cultivation of normal college students' professional ethics literacy according to its existing problems. Under the guidance of Chinese traditional cultivation of normal college students' professional ethics literacy, this paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the cultivation of normal school students' professional ethics literacy under the guidance of scientific principles, and puts forward the idea of strengthening the cultivation of normal school students' professional ethics literacy under the guidance of scientific principles. This paper provides some references for the reform of Dali University in the process of comprehensive development, to change the status quo of teachers college students lacking knowledge of professional ethics literacy, lack of professional ideal and lack of sense of professional honor.
