基于卓越计划的应用型本科院校人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来以及科学技术的不断进步,不仅给我国带来经济飞速发展的机遇,同时也使我国面临着应用型人才资源短缺的严峻挑战。然而在欧美的很多发达国家,他们对本国应用型人才的培养已经经历了几十年甚至上百年的历史了,并已逐渐形成了一套相对完整的应用型人才培养体系。应用型本科院校的办学应该是面向区域社会经济的发展,以培养高质量、高层次的应用型人才为己任,以提升地方经济发展水平,从而为本区域经济社会的发展做贡献。但在我国应用型人才培养的过程中,却受到了来自诸如高校定位不明确、资金短缺、课程设置不合理、师资力量薄弱以及实践平台不完善等多方面内外因素的制约。该论文将杜威的实用主义教育理论、哈肯的协同论以及马克思的教育与生产劳动相结合理论作为支持本研究的理论基础,并对“卓越计划”、应用型本科院校以及人才培养模式等概念做出界定。在研究方法上主要采用了文献研究法、比较研究法、历史研究法等方法,对涉及该研究方向的文献进行梳理,以加深对本研究脉络的把握。在研究内容上,本研究主要对德国的双元制人才培养模式、英国“三明治”人才培养模式以及澳大利亚ATFE人才培养模式做了详细解读分析,指出了国外在应用型人才培养方面的成功经验,总结出这些国家在应用型人才培养方面对我国的借鉴与启示。同时,指出了我国应用型本科院校在人才培养过程中存在的普遍问题。本论文将“卓越计划”理念引入到应用型人才培养的体系中,构建出“卓越计划”理念下,我国应用型本科院校人才培养的新路径。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, it not only brings the opportunity of rapid economic development, but also makes our country face the severe challenge of shortage of applied talent resources. However, in many developed countries in Europe and America, their cultivation of applied talents has gone through decades or even hundreds of years of history, and has gradually formed a set of relatively complete applied talents training system. The running of applied undergraduate colleges and universities should be oriented to the development of regional society and economy, take the cultivation of high quality and high level applied talents as their own responsibility, in order to promote the level of local economic development and thus contribute to the development of regional economy and society. However, in the process of cultivating applied talents in China, it is restricted by many internal and external factors, such as the unclear orientation of colleges and universities, the shortage of funds, the unreasonable curriculum arrangement, the weakness of teachers' strength and the imperfection of practical platform, etc. In this paper, Dewey's pragmatic education theory, Harken's Synergy theory and Marx's theory of combining education and productive labor are taken as the theoretical basis to support this study. The concepts of applied undergraduate colleges and talents training models are defined. In the research methods, the literature research method, the comparative research method, the historical research method and so on are used to sort out the literature related to the research direction, in order to deepen the understanding of the research context. In the research content, this research mainly makes the detailed analysis to the German dual system talented person training pattern, the British "sandwich" talented person training pattern and the Australia ATFE talent training pattern. This paper points out the successful experience of foreign countries in cultivating applied talents, and sums up the reference and inspiration of these countries to our country in the field of training applied talents. At the same time, it points out the common problems in the process of talents training in applied undergraduate colleges. In this paper, the concept of "excellence plan" is introduced into the system of applied talents training, and a new path of talents cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges and universities is constructed under the concept of "outstanding plan".
