解构与续造:地方高校发展跨境高等教育发展的思考

【摘要】：在全球化经济、文化大融合的时代背景下,发展跨境高等教育对于我国地方高校发展具有积极促进作用。纵观目前我国地方高等院校跨境教育的发展现状,宏观引导不足、内部管理不到位以及社会参与程度不足等诸多问题突出。针对这些问题,应从重视地方高校跨境教育的评估理论研究、加强高校内部跨境教育的质量管理和监控、加强地方高校跨境教育评估理论的研究工作为切入点,充分发挥新闻媒体及社会团体的监督作用,共同推动地方高校跨境教育的良性发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization economy and cultural integration, the development of cross-border higher education plays an active role in promoting the development of local colleges and universities in China. Looking at the current development of cross-border education in local colleges and universities in China, there are many outstanding problems, such as insufficient macro guidance, inadequate internal management and insufficient social participation. In order to solve these problems, we should attach importance to the theoretical research of cross-border education in local colleges and universities, strengthen the quality management and monitoring of cross-border education in colleges and universities, and strengthen the research work on the theory of cross-border education evaluation in local colleges and universities. Give full play to the supervisory role of the news media and social organizations and jointly promote the healthy development of cross-border education in local colleges and universities.
