大学毕业生自我评价对求职行为的影响

【摘要】：本研究采用自编的大学生求职行为问卷,以实名登录网络答卷的形式对苏州大学应用技术学院2016届全体本科生为对象进行普查,发现大学毕业生自我评价对于求职行为有如下影响:大学毕业生的求职行为呈现出明显的多样化趋势;自评综合素质对预备期求职行为和行动期求职行为有积极影响,自评求职信心对行动期求职行为有消极影响;行动期求职行为受到家庭经济状况和专业门类的影响。
[Abstract]:In this study, a self-designed questionnaire for college students' job search behavior was used to survey all undergraduates of Suzhou University College of Applied Technology in the form of real-name online questionnaire. It is found that the self-evaluation of college graduates has the following effects on job-seeking behavior: the job-seeking behavior of college graduates shows a distinct trend of diversification, and the self-evaluation comprehensive quality has a positive effect on the job-seeking behavior in the preparatory period and the job-seeking behavior in the action period. Self-evaluation confidence has a negative impact on job-seeking behavior in the action period, which is influenced by family economic situation and professional category.
