留学生选择来华学习的行为意向研究——基于计划行为理论的解释框架

【摘要】：高校参与国际交流合作的广度、深度、密度日益深化,在中国走向世界舞台中心的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而留学工作不仅是不同文明交流互鉴与国家开放包容的重要体现,也是深化中外人文交流、提升国家软实力的重要载体,更是为国家战略提供人才支撑的重要因素。本文基于计划行为理论,采用结构方程计量模型通过来华的态度、主观规范、感知行为控制三个因素对留学生个体进行测量。研究结果显示,态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对于生源国学生来华留学意图均有显著的影响,其中态度影响最大,而主观规范次之,感知行为控制影响力最低。
[Abstract]:The extent, depth and density of college participation in international communication and cooperation are deepening day by day, which plays a more and more important role in the process of China moving to the center of the world stage. The work of studying abroad is not only an important embodiment of the exchange of different civilizations and mutual learning and the opening and tolerance of the country, but also an important carrier to deepen the cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and to enhance the soft power of the country, as well as an important factor to provide talent support for the national strategy. Based on the theory of planning behavior, this paper uses the structural equation model to measure the individual students through three factors: attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control. The results show that attitude, subjective norm and control of perceived behavior have significant effects on students' intention to study in China, among which attitude has the greatest influence, while subjective norms have the least influence on the control of perceived behavior.
