高等教育转型期广西高校发展定位研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育大众化进程的不断推进,我国在教育规模上发生了巨大的变化,教育模式也由过去的精英教育转向大众教育,极大增加了高等教育的多样性发展。在量增加的同时,高等教育质的提高越来越成为主要任务,尤其是当下种类众多的高校同处竞争环境中,必须做好自身的定位,才能在整个高等教育系统中取得一席之位。如何做好自身的科学定位,是广西高校发展面临的首要问题,也是本研究关于广西高校发展定位的核心问题。每一所高校都有自身的发展目标、方向与规划,但是有的发挥着引领、旗帜的作用,有的却只是没有任何作用的文字摆设。广西高校要想使自身办学具有特色,发展具有成效,必须明晰自身的优势与不足,以制定出有章可循、行之有效的发展定位规划。本文主要运用文献法、文本分析法、调查法以及比较法来展开对广西高校发展定位的研究,首先以广西三所高校的发展定位规划文本和广西两所高校发展规划处教师的访谈内容为基础,通过对三所高校发展定位规划文本和相关访谈内容的研究与分析,发现广西高校的发展定位规划在制定过程中,偏离以知识为起点的学科逻辑,究其原因,首先,高等教育“认识论哲学”和“政治论哲学”的博弈中处于弱势;其次,高校发展定位的制定者过分关注高等教育系统的“工作”而忽略其工作的“逻辑起点”;再次,高校发展定位的制定者囿于竞争中“绝对优势”追求而缺少“比较优势”竞争策略。鉴于此,以战略管理理论和比较优势理论为主要理论支撑,笔者认为,广西高校做好发展定位需从三大方面来完善。第一,高校发展定位的战略上,需在博弈中坚守“认识论哲学”;第二,高校发展定位的修炼上,充分认识高等教育系统的逻辑起点;第三,高校发展定位的战术上,力求竞争发展中凸显学科的比较优势。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of the popularization of higher education, great changes have taken place in the scale of education in our country, and the educational model has changed from elite education to mass education, which has greatly increased the diversity of higher education. At the same time, the quality of higher education has become more and more important task, especially in the same competition environment of many kinds of colleges and universities at present, must do their own positioning, in order to get a seat in the whole higher education system. How to do a good job of scientific orientation is the most important problem facing the development of Guangxi colleges and universities, and also the core of the research on the development orientation of Guangxi colleges and universities. Each university has its own development goal, direction and plan, but some play the role of leading, flag, and some are just words without any function. In order to make Guangxi colleges and universities have their own characteristics and effective development, it is necessary to make clear their own advantages and disadvantages in order to formulate a rule-based and effective development orientation plan. This article mainly uses the literature method, the text analysis method, the investigation method and the comparative method to carry on the research to the Guangxi university development localization. First of all, based on the text of the development orientation plan of three universities in Guangxi and the interview content of the teachers of the development planning department of two universities in Guangxi, through the research and analysis of the text of the development orientation plan and the related interview content of the three colleges and universities. It is found that the development orientation planning of Guangxi colleges and universities deviates from the logic of knowledge as the starting point in the course of development, and the reasons are as follows: firstly, the game of epistemological philosophy and political philosophy of higher education is in a weak position; secondly, The makers of the development orientation of colleges and universities pay too much attention to the "work" of the higher education system and neglect the "logical starting point" of their work. The makers of the development orientation of colleges and universities are limited to the pursuit of "absolute advantage" in competition and lack of "comparative advantage" competitive strategy. In view of this, with the strategic management theory and comparative advantage theory as the main theoretical support, the author believes that Guangxi colleges and universities should be improved from three aspects. First, in the strategy of university development orientation, we should stick to epistemological philosophy in game theory; second, we should fully understand the logical starting point of higher education system in the practice of university development positioning; third, the tactics of university development positioning. Strive to highlight the comparative advantages of disciplines in the development of competition.
