应用型院校学前教育专业教育实习运行机制现状及完善路径

【摘要】:加强应用型院校学前教育专业的教育实习,有利于提高学前教育专业学生的职业素养,便于其做好职前准备,并促进应用型院校与合作幼儿园的长足发展。然而,我国应用型院校学前教育专业教育实习运行机制存在实习准备不充足、实习管理不科学、实习评价不合理等问题。文章提出,应健全实习准备机制,优化学前教育专业的课程设置,完善顶岗实习的岗前培训机制;改善实习管理机制,合理设置实习时间,构建"双导师制"实习指导模式;优化实习评价机制,实现实习评价主体多元化,构建科学合理的评价指标体系。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the practice of preschool education in applied colleges is helpful to improve the professional quality of pre-school students, facilitate their preparation before employment, and promote the rapid development of applied colleges and cooperative kindergartens. However, there are some problems in the operational mechanism of preschool education practice in China's applied colleges, such as inadequate preparation for practice, unscientific practice management, unreasonable practice evaluation and so on. The paper puts forward that we should perfect the practice preparation mechanism, optimize the curriculum setup of preschool education major, perfect the pre-job training mechanism of post practice, improve the practice management mechanism, set up the practice time reasonably, and construct the practice guidance mode of "double tutor system". Optimize the practice evaluation mechanism, realize the diversification of practice evaluation subjects, and construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.
