大学生挫折教育创新研究

【摘要】:当今,经济全球化的发展和大数据时代的来临,使大学生面临更为严峻的挑战。近年来,我国高校大学生因学习压力、人际交往、情感、就业、生理健康等问题出现了精神脆弱、心理扭曲、行为失范甚至自杀等现象。大学生挫折教育作为高校心理健康教育和思想政治教育的内容,是学界关注和研究的问题。但长期以来,我国大学生挫折教育的研究视角相对落后、教育内容相对陈旧、教育途径相对局限,研究的整体性、主流性相对欠缺。从相应程度上阻碍大学生心理健康效果的发挥。因此,要依据社会发展对人才需求的标准、大学生心理发展的实际情况来大胆突破原有教育模式、探索教育原则、创新教育内容、拓宽教育路径。论文共分为五个部分:第一部分,开宗明义,简述选题的缘由和意义,梳理国内外研究现状,并阐明研究方法及创新之处;第二部分,界定挫折、挫折教育、大学生挫折教育和大学生挫折教育创新四个核心概念,并对大学生挫折教育创新的理论依据及创新的意义逐一进行了归纳、凝练。第三部分,采取问卷调查法归纳出大学生挫折教育存在的问题,并运用数据分析工具SPSS21.0对存在的问题进行四个方面的原因剖析。第四部分,即本论文研究的重点及创新之处。对大学生挫折教育创新的原则和内容逐一阐述。第五部分,从大学生自身、学校、家庭和社会四个维度由表及里、由浅及深地对大学生挫折教育路径进行突破和创新,也是本论文研究的重点,创新之处。论文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法展开全方位、多领域的探索,同时遵循社会发展规律、大学生成长规律、心理发展实际确定挫折教育创新的原则、拓展挫折教育的内容、探究挫折教育的路径,推进大学生心理健康教育和思想政治教育研究水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization and the coming of big data era, college students are facing more severe challenges. In recent years, college students in our country have appeared the phenomena of mental fragility, psychological distortion, behavior loss and even suicide due to the problems of study pressure, interpersonal communication, emotion, employment, physical health and so on. As the content of psychological health education and ideological and political education, frustration education of college students is a problem that the academic circles pay close attention to and study. However, for a long time, the research angle of frustration education of college students in our country is relatively backward, the educational content is relatively old, the educational approach is relatively limited, the research is holistic, and the mainstream is relatively lacking. To a certain extent, it hinders the exertion of mental health effect of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to break through the original educational model, explore the educational principles, innovate the educational contents and broaden the educational path according to the standards of the social development for talents and the actual situation of college students' psychological development. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part, the beginning, briefly describes the reason and significance of the topic, combing the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifying the research methods and innovations, the second part, the definition of frustration, frustration education, The four core concepts of college students' frustration education and college students' frustration education innovation are summarized and condensed one by one on the theoretical basis and the significance of innovation of college students' frustration education innovation. In the third part, the problems of frustration education of college students are summed up by questionnaire, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in four aspects by using data analysis tool SPSS21.0. The fourth part is the emphasis and innovation of this paper. This paper expounds the principle and content of college students' frustration education innovation one by one. The fifth part, from the students themselves, schools, families and society from the four dimensions, from superficial and deep breakthrough and innovation of frustration education path of college students, is also the focus of this paper, innovation. The paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out all-round and multi-field exploration, while following the law of social development, the law of college students' growth, and the actual psychological development to determine the principle of frustration education innovation. Expand the content of frustration education, explore the path of frustration education, promote the research level of psychological health education and ideological and political education of college students.
