新疆大学生民族团结教育现状及对策研究

【摘要】：新疆是我国西北重要安全屏障,战略地位特殊、面临问题特殊,做好新疆民族团结工作意义重大。第十二届全国人大五次会议新疆代表团审议上习近平总书记的重要讲话就是针对新疆民族团结教育的,并对新疆民族团结教育规定了新内容,提出了新要求。“要不断巩固发展民族团结,努力建设团结和谐、繁荣富裕、文明进步、安居乐业的中国特色社会主义新疆。”新疆大学生作为新疆地区宝贵的人才资源,也是境内外“三股势力”争夺的重要对象,对他们加强民族团结教育,有利于新疆大学生更好地认清“三股势力”的反动本质,这也关系到新疆能否实现社会稳定和长治久安,关系到我国和谐社会的构建和实现“两个一百年”的奋斗目标。民族团结教育作为新疆大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,着重结合中央新疆工作座谈会上提出的以维护社会稳定和长治久安的党中央治疆方略,围绕新疆民族团结工作新征程,以此契机立意选题;并以作为维护社会稳定和实现长治久安的新疆大学生为主要研究对象,加强其民族团结教育。本文主要引言部分和正文部分,引言主要介绍了选题的背景和意义、国内外研究现状、本文的研究方法、研究重点、难点以及创新点和不足之处等方面进行论述。正文的第一部分是相关概念厘定,对民族团结、大学生民族团结教育、新疆大学生民族团结教育等基本概念进行了相关界定,并从总书记赋予新疆民族团结教育工作新征程入手,分析新疆大学生民族团结教育的主要内容。又从新疆当前特定的社会环境和新疆大学生的特殊性入手,分析加强新疆大学生民族团结教育紧迫性和重要意义。第二部分是对新疆五所高校学生做问卷调查和部分教育工作者深度访谈的基础上,主要对新疆大学生民族团结取得成效、存在的问题和分析新疆大学生民族团结教育的影响因素。第三部分是对新疆大学生民族团结教育对策进行探究,是从充分发挥学校教育的主阵地作用;发挥社会教育的助推作用;发挥家庭教育的基础作用和注重大学生自我教育四个方面进行论述,提出合理的对策。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is an important security barrier in Northwest China, with a special strategic position and special problems, so it is of great significance to do well the work of national unity in Xinjiang. At the fifth session of the 12th National people's Congress, the Xinjiang delegation deliberated on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech aimed at the education of ethnic unity in Xinjiang, and set new contents and new requirements for the education of ethnic unity in Xinjiang. "We must constantly consolidate and develop national unity and strive to build a socialist Xinjiang with Chinese characteristics that is United and harmonious, prosperous and prosperous, civilized and progressive, and living and working in peace and contentment." As a valuable talent resource in Xinjiang, Xinjiang college students are also the important objects of the "three forces" scrambling at home and abroad. Strengthening the education of national unity for them will help Xinjiang college students better understand the reactionary nature of the "three forces." This is also related to whether Xinjiang can realize social stability and long-term stability, and to the construction of a harmonious society in China and the realization of the goal of "two hundred years". As an important part of the ideological and political education of university students in Xinjiang, the education of national unity is focused on combining with the strategy of the CPC Central Committee to govern Xinjiang proposed at the Central Xinjiang work Symposium to maintain social stability and long-term stability. This paper focuses on the new journey of Xinjiang's national unity work and chooses this opportunity to choose the topic, and takes the Xinjiang university students who maintain social stability and realize long-term stability as the main research object to strengthen their national unity education. The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods, key points, difficulties, innovation points and deficiencies. The first part of the text is related to the definition of concepts, such as ethnic unity, national unity education of college students, Xinjiang university students ethnic unity education and other basic concepts. The main contents of the national unity education for college students in Xinjiang are analyzed from the new journey entrusted by the general secretary to the education of national unity in Xinjiang. Based on the special social environment and the particularity of Xinjiang college students, this paper analyzes the urgency and significance of strengthening the national unity education of Xinjiang college students. The second part is on the basis of the questionnaire survey and some in-depth interviews among the students of five universities in Xinjiang, mainly on the basis of the national unity of Xinjiang college students. The existing problems and analysis of Xinjiang university students ethnic unity education factors. The third part is to explore the countermeasures of Xinjiang college students' national unity education, which is to give full play to the main role of school education, to give play to the role of social education. Giving play to the basic function of family education and paying attention to self-education of college students are discussed, and reasonable countermeasures are put forward.
