新时期大学生创业的困境及对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国高等教育大规模扩招,高校毕业生人数逐年递增,2014年全国毕业大学生人数达到727万,大批毕业学生无法就业,是史上最难就业季。2014年我国大学生毕业人数达到749万,2016年增长为765万,大学生毕业人数的持续增长与日益严峻的就业形势,在极大程度上阻碍了社会和谐发展,更关系着亿万家庭福祉,受到社会各界的广泛关注和国家政府的高度重视。在党的十七大与十八大中,一再强调实施国家创新驱动发展战略,不断加强创新型人才的培养,重点扶持青年创新创业。李克强总理也多次提出“大众创业、万众创新”的双创要求,要为大学生的就业于创业提供良好的社会服务,不断提升大学生创业与就业的比例。在这种新形势下,大学生创业有着极为良好的政策支持,有着较大的发展空间。但在实践过程中,仍存在各种各样的问题,极大程度上制约了大学生创业发展,导致大学生创业的成功率普遍较低,对大学生创业的信心造成极大影响。本文主要针对当前“双创”背景下大学生创业的困境及对策进行探讨。本文首先对本课题的前人研究成果进行总结与归纳,并对大学生创业的相关概念进行梳理,为本文奠定理论基础;然后阐述了大学生创业的普遍特点,对新时期大学生创业的必要性进行分析;在此基础上,本文结合当前我国实际情况,采用PEST和SWOT分析方法对大学生创业的外部环境及影响因素进行系统分析,找寻我国大学生创业面临的困境,进而提出相应的建议。具体而言,本文主要分为六个部分:第一部分为绪论。介绍本研究的选题背景及意义,研究内容与方法;第二部分为大学生创业的基本概述。针对大学生创业的相关概念进行界定,阐述了当前大学生创业的普遍特点,进而针对新时期大学生创业的必要性进行分析;第三部分为新时期大学生创业外部环境及影响因素分析。首先采用PEST法对大学生创业的政策、经济、社会及技术四个方面进行分析;然后采用SWOT方法对新时期大学生创业的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行系统分析;第四部分为新时期大学生创业面临的困境。从创业教育、创业税收与融资政策、创业服务政策及大学生创业意识、能力不足方面进行分析;第五部分为新时期促进大学生创业的对策。结合前文分析,提出了相应的对策。第六部分为结论与展望。对全文研究进行总结,对后续研究做出展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the large-scale expansion of China's higher education enrollment, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year. In 2014, the number of graduates in China reached 7.27 million, and a large number of graduates could not find employment. The number of college graduates in China reached 7.49 million in 2014 and increased to 7.65 million in 2016. The sustained growth in the number of college graduates and the increasingly severe employment situation have greatly hindered the harmonious development of society. More related to the well-being of hundreds of millions of families, by all sectors of the community and the attention of the national government. In the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it has been emphasized repeatedly that the national strategy of innovation-driven development should be implemented, the cultivation of innovative talents should be continuously strengthened, and the emphasis should be placed on supporting youth innovation and entrepreneurship. Premier Li Keqiang has also repeatedly proposed the mass entrepreneurship and innovation, which calls for "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", to provide good social services for college students' employment in entrepreneurship, and to continuously increase the ratio of college students' entrepreneurship to employment. In this new situation, college students have a very good policy support, there is a large space for development. However, in the process of practice, there are still a variety of problems, which to a great extent restrict the development of college students' entrepreneurship, leading to a generally low success rate of college students' entrepreneurship, which has a great impact on the confidence of college students' entrepreneurship. This paper mainly discusses the predicament and countermeasures of college students' entrepreneurship under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. In this paper, the previous research results of this topic are summarized and summarized, and the related concepts of college students' entrepreneurship are combed to lay the theoretical foundation for this paper. Then, the general characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship are expounded. On the basis of the analysis of the necessity of college students' entrepreneurship in the new period, this paper analyzes systematically the external environment and influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurship by using PEST and SWOT analysis method combined with the actual situation of our country. To find out the plight of college students in China, and then put forward the corresponding suggestions. Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is an introduction. Introduce the background and significance of this research, research content and methods; the second part is the basic overview of college students entrepreneurship. This paper defines the related concepts of college students' entrepreneurship, expounds the general characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship at present, and then analyzes the necessity of college students' entrepreneurship in the new period. The third part is the analysis of the external environment and influencing factors of college students'entrepreneurship in the new period. Firstly, PEST method is used to analyze the policy, economy, society and technology of college students' entrepreneurship, and then the SWOT method is used to systematically analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of college students' entrepreneurship in the new period. The fourth part is the dilemma that college students face in the new period. The fifth part is the countermeasures of promoting college students' entrepreneurship in the new period. Combined with the previous analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. The full text of the study is summarized, and the future research is prospected.
