论高等教育供给侧改革的大数据思维与信息化建设

【摘要】：我国高等教育在经历了多年的改革后,已成为创新及推动社会经济快速发展的重要力量源泉。但恰如我国粗放式的经济发展增长模式,高校发展也是处于一种粗放式的教育发展模式下,在注重规模和数量的发展上相对忽略了高等教育的合理性、高质量、高效益、创新性及可持续的发展动力,因而导致大学生队伍整体质量不高、就业水平偏低的局面。因此,加强高等教育的供给侧改革、促进高等教育的内涵式发展,应是我国高校发展的必然趋势和不二选择。在此基础上,运用大数据思维为改革与发展提供客观依据及科学决策,并加强高校信息化建设,应是促进供给侧改革的必经和有效途径。
[Abstract]:After years of reform, higher education in China has become an important source of innovation and promoting the rapid development of social economy. However, just like the extensive economic development and growth model of our country, the development of colleges and universities is also in an extensive educational development mode, and the rationality, high quality and high benefit of higher education are relatively neglected in the development of paying attention to the scale and quantity of higher education. The innovative and sustainable development motive force leads to the situation that the overall quality of college students is not high and the level of employment is on the low side. Therefore, strengthening the supply-side reform of higher education and promoting the implicit development of higher education should be the inevitable trend and choice for the development of higher education in China. On this basis, applying big data's thinking to provide objective basis and scientific decision for reform and development, and strengthening the information construction of colleges and universities should be the necessary and effective way to promote supply-side reform.
