英国高校隐性德育的特点及启示

【摘要】：英国高校通过课堂教学渗透、校园文化熏陶、学生事务引领、社会活动锻炼等方式,广泛深入地开展隐性德育,并呈现出内容阶级性、过程情感性、途径多样性、方法生活性等特点。英国高校隐性德育为我国高校德育改革提供了有益借鉴,我们应从强化主流意识形态教育,充分发挥"信仰"的德育力量;增加德育过程的人文关怀,积极探索"关爱"的德育力量;优化校内校外德育途径,深入发掘"行动"的德育力量;形成生活化德育思维,大胆探求"真实"的德育力量等方面着手,进一步改进和完善我国高校德育工作。
[Abstract]:Through the infiltration of classroom teaching, the edification of campus culture, the guidance of student affairs and the exercise of social activities, British colleges and universities carry out recessive moral education extensively and deeply, and present a variety of ways, such as class content, process affective, and ways. The recessive moral education in British colleges and universities has provided a useful reference for the reform of moral education in colleges and universities in our country. We should strengthen the mainstream ideological education and give full play to the moral power of "belief"; To increase the humanistic care in the process of moral education, to actively explore the moral power of "caring", to optimize the ways of moral education in and out of school, and to explore the moral power of "action" in depth; In order to improve and perfect the moral education work in our country, we should form the thinking of moral education in life, and explore the moral power of "reality" in order to further improve and perfect the moral education in colleges and universities in China.
