我国高校学分绩点制建构定位

【摘要】：当前,高等教育的人才培养质量越来越受到重视,教学改革的呼声日渐提高,原有的教学评价体系越来越难于满足社会的需求,学分绩点制成为撬动当前教学管理体制、培养优秀人才的重要举措之一。学分绩点制由于在我国实行时间较短,没有建立统一的标准,各高校各行其是,甚至很多高校的学分绩点制形同虚设,只是用于学生出国时的学习证明使用。面对我国高校教学改革的新形势,学分绩点制的推行需要结合我国高校发展改革的现实境况,从顶层设计、校际合作、教育文化、体制机制等方面出发,才能建立科学、统一、规范,且能够相互融通的学分绩点制评价体系。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of talents training in higher education, the voice of teaching reform has been raised day by day, the original teaching evaluation system has become more and more difficult to meet the needs of the society, and the credit score system has become a crowning force to the current teaching management system. One of the important measures to train outstanding talents. Due to the short time of implementation in our country, the credit score point system has not set up a unified standard, each university goes its own way, even the credit score point system of many colleges and universities is virtually empty, which is only used for the study proof when the students go abroad. In the face of the new situation of teaching reform in colleges and universities in our country, the implementation of the credit score system needs to combine the reality of the development and reform of our country's colleges and universities, and proceed from the aspects of top-level design, inter-school cooperation, educational culture, institutional mechanism, and so on, in order to establish a scientific and unified system. Standardized and mutually compatible credit score system evaluation system.
