何谓学科:学科性与跨学科性的争论

【摘要】:指出学科性与跨学科性之间的矛盾已经成为现代大学学科发展过程中不可回避的问题。尝试从统一与多元、部落与文化、专业化与劳动分工、市场与组织等一般性分析范式,探讨学科的多维性与复杂性,以解释学科性与跨学科性之间的矛盾。综合运用各个学科提供的范式比较学科性与跨学科性的支持性因素以及二者的平衡机制。认为跨学科的发展并不能消解传统学科存在的意义,二者的矛盾关系仍然是今后一段时期大学组织学术细胞发展的主要矛盾。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the contradiction between discipline and interdisciplinary has become an unavoidable problem in the course of discipline development in modern universities. This paper attempts to explore the multi-dimensional and complexity of disciplines from the perspectives of unity and pluralism, tribe and culture, specialization and division of labor, market and organization, in order to explain the contradiction between discipline and interdisciplinary. Comprehensive use of the paradigm provided by various disciplines to compare the interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary supporting factors and the balance between the two mechanisms. It is concluded that the development of interdisciplinary can not eliminate the significance of the existence of traditional disciplines, and the contradiction between them is still the main contradiction in the development of academic cells of university organizations in the future.
