面向用户需求的高校档案信息服务研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the information resources. As an important part of the information resources, the development and utilization of the archives information resources in colleges and universities are faced with opportunities and challenges. As a specialized institution of information service, archives in colleges and universities have gradually realized that the closed and represerved management mode can not meet the needs of social development, which hinders the development of archives itself, and archives organizations must focus on the needs of users. Change service concept, change service model and management model. It is not only a positive response to the needs of the times and the growing development of society to take the archives information service of colleges and universities as a research subject, but also to meet the needs of users. It is also the need to cooperate with the continuous changes of the functions of archives institutions and the rapid development of archives information in colleges and universities. At the same time, it can provide high-quality service for users, meet their needs and enhance their satisfaction. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose, significance, research review, research ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly summarizes the related contents of university archives information service and user demand, expounds the concept and characteristics of university archives information service, the concept and characteristics of user demand, the internal relation between university archives information service and user demand. Make clear the necessity of university archives information service to meet the needs of users. The third chapter mainly elaborated the university archives information user demand investigation and the analysis, through the questionnaire design and the distribution, the questionnaire analysis and the statistics, discovered the university user demand change, and the university archives information service existence question. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the problems found in the questionnaire, the strategies of optimizing the archives information service in colleges and universities are expounded, that is, people-oriented, strengthening the service consciousness, optimizing the resources, doing well the development and utilization of the archives resources in colleges and universities. Expand service mode and provide service through multiple channels, including personalized service, integrated service and collaborative service.
