当代大学生国家安全意识培育现状与对策研究

【摘要】：随着全球一体化浪潮的迅速发展和现代科学技术的突飞猛进,我国政治、军事、经济、文化、网络等方面安全经受着新考验,安全形势不容乐观。大学生是社会主义现代化建设的支柱力量,也是国家和民族的希望。同时大学生也成为境内外各种敌对力量争取的重要目标。因而,培育大学生国家安全方面的意识十分重要。中共中央高度重视对大学生国家安全意识培育工作,理论研究日渐丰富,《国家安全战略思考》、《意识形态与国家安全》等著作纷纷出版。北方工业大学、中国矿业大学等高校已开设国家安全教育课程。但国家安全意识培育工作仍然做的不到位,还不够系统和规范,存在着认识不到位,内容缺乏时代感,教育方法手段单一、师资力量薄弱、无明确评价标准等问题。这种情况导致了大学生对国家安全的认知流于表面,难与新时期国家的安全形势和大学生应当肩负的历史责任相匹配,这危及到国家的长期稳定,更不利于实现中华民族伟大复兴的千秋大业。基于国家安全的重要性和现阶段我国大学生国家安全意识培育工作的现状,本文选取“当代大学生国家安全意识培育现状与对策”作为研究题目,浅析相关问题,希望能对我国大学生国家安全培育工作提供一点借鉴。本文分为四部分,首先对选题目的和意义,国内外的研究现状,研究思路、研究方法和创新点进行了阐述。其次对相关概念进行了界定。对国家安全、总体国家安全观、国家安全意识相关概念进行了详细说明。为论文下一步的研究奠定理论基础。再次对部分高校学生的国家安全意识状况进行抽样调查。笔者对国内6所院校的550名同学进行了问卷调查和分析,总结了目前国家安全意识培育工作取得的成绩,并对国家安全意识培育工作中存在的问题进行研讨。最后结合我国国家安全意识培育工作开展情况,提出了改进大学生国家安全意识培育的几点对策,一是要高度重视对大学生国家安全意识的培育工作,从战略的高度开展顶层设计;二是要完善我国国家安全教育的教材和教学体系、加强师资队伍建设、建立学生考评体系;三是要充分发挥校园文化和现代传播体系的宣传功能,健全大学生国家安全意识培育的体制、机制,确保大学生国家安全意识培育落到实处。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global integration and the rapid development of modern science and technology, the security of our country in politics, military, economy, culture, network and so on is undergoing a new test, and the security situation is not optimistic. College students are the mainstay of socialist modernization and the hope of our country and nation. At the same time, college students have also become an important target for various hostile forces inside and outside the country. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate the sense of national security of college students. The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the cultivation of college students' national security consciousness, and the theoretical research is becoming more and more abundant. Some books, such as National Security Strategy thinking and ideology and National Security, have been published one after another. North University of Technology, China University of Mining and other universities have opened national security education courses. However, the cultivation of national security consciousness is still not in place, is not systematic and standard enough, there are some problems, such as lack of understanding, lack of sense of the times, single educational methods and means, weak teachers, and no clear evaluation standard, and so on. This situation has led to a superficial flow of university students' knowledge of national security, which is difficult to match the national security situation in the new era and the historical responsibility that college students should shoulder, which endangers the long-term stability of the country. Even more unfavorable to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Based on the importance of national security and the present situation of the cultivation of college students' national security consciousness in our country, this paper chooses "the present situation and Countermeasures of cultivating National Security consciousness of Contemporary College students" as the research topic, and analyzes the related problems. Hope to provide some reference for the cultivation of national security of college students in our country. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the topic, the status quo of domestic and foreign research, research ideas, research methods and innovation points are expounded. Secondly, the related concepts are defined. The related concepts of national security, general national security and national security consciousness are explained in detail. It lays a theoretical foundation for the next research of the thesis. Once again, the state of national security awareness of some college students was sampled. The author conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of 550 students in 6 colleges and universities in China, summarized the achievements made in the cultivation of national security consciousness, and discussed the problems existing in the cultivation of national security consciousness. Finally, according to the situation of the cultivation of national security consciousness in our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the cultivation of national security consciousness of college students. First, we should attach great importance to the cultivation of national security consciousness of college students. Develop top-level design from the height of strategy; Second, we should perfect the teaching materials and teaching system of our country's national security education, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and establish the system of students' examination and evaluation; Third, it is necessary to give full play to the propaganda function of campus culture and modern communication system, perfect the system and mechanism of cultivating college students' national security consciousness, and ensure that the cultivation of college students' national security consciousness is put into practice.
